Obviously great in Token Druid. However, the strength of that deck depends heavily on the meta. If people are playing decks with a lot of board clears (*cough* Shaman *cough*), then it's not very useful.
So Paladins who have no early game get a "wait one turn for +1/+1 for the minions that lived" and a "+1/+2 for a single minion" at the same mana cost..sounds fair I guess.

Lol. It is a one mana discount on a card that already exists you can probably stop losing your minds lol, but power or the wild was good this card is slightly better so its definitely good.

Ridiculous. Compare this to Divine Strength.
This looks broken to me. It's like Competitive Spirit, except you can reap it's effect whenever you want.
