I think this is pretty good - if you're control, you're not too worried about dropping a 5 mana 4/5 taunt. It's bad, but not terrible. But if you're getting run over in the early game and you get a 3 mana 4/5 taunt, you are a very happy Hearthstoner!

Yeah, I think it's pretty good, it allows you to just do your own thing as priest or warrior the first few turns.

This + board clear or freeze effect into board clear = gg Shaman.
First enemy for zoo
I like that this promotes counter play for Zoo. They might forgo an extra minion on turn 3 just because of this card.
Well this card is zoolock crusher
Mind Control Tech was never a bad card against zoo decks, but required 4 enemy minions. At 3 enemy minions, this might actually see play!
Gives a little more incentive for cards like Hungry Dragon to be played. I would try a Hungry Dragon Mind Control Tech Second Rate Bruiser deck for the lulz
You get it for one mana cheaper than it should be if they have a board, else it's one mana more expensive than it should be. Sure, it works.

This is a nice card. I actually think it's less good against Zoo then Shaman. Zoo can just use a power overwhelming or doom guard to clear .
Shaman has to Hex or use some combination of 2 spells/weapon/minion.
