I'm new to the hs comunity, more or less, I've played for 1 year or more just doing quest with cheap decks reaching at most rank 12. Now I decided to play in a more competitive way so i crafted Shaman cards for Aggro and after nerf I've switched to Midrange Shaman, almost completed it I only miss Bloodmage Thalnos, but I don't really like the playstyle (however the meta rules this so let's continue). I also have Miracle Rogue complete (same missing of Shaman replaced with Undercity Huckster), dragon warrior (grommash missing), Beast Druid(Fandral missing) and Secret Hunter. I really like MalyDruid style but i'm not sure it worths to craft it in this moment because of the rotation...
I want to ask if someone can explain me better the way the standard rotates out, for example if I craft now Fandral i will lose it in the next rotation? Does it worth to craft Thalnos in the long run? Was it usefull in the previous metas?
Moreover does it worth to craft something with the imminent expansion (i think if not tell I'm wrong pls np) ?
Rotation wont happen until nearly mid next year, so youre fine. However, you might be interested in the new legends that come out so wait until expansion to decide.
Well I like Shaman class itself, the point is that I liked more the aggro style with Doomhammer. Now I'm trying a new version of Midrange with Ragnaros and Barnes that fits my style a little bit better =)
The other point is that I always liked the Druid and also the other combo deck with light controlish playstyle (also MalyRogue intrigue me a lot as variation of Miracle Rogue) and also more controlish ones (however I'm afraid of getting bored soon of the long playtime of Control Warrior like deck even if is really cool).
So can it be a good craft also considering possible meta shifts and the fact that in a month(not sure at all) we will have a brand new expansion?
Atm I have 4500 dust and my real doubt is if it worth to complete the Shaman/Rogue with Bloodmage Thalnos in this crazy meta...
You sound like you don't really know what you want to play and you're on budget. I would play it safe and wait until the expansion releases and decide what you want to blow your dust on then.
Since the question at hand wasn't answered and some of the answers are just straight up wrong or jargon.
LOE, TGT and BRM will rotate out with the first expansion in 2017. That does not mean next expansion. that means the one which is expected to happen around march 2017. Then cards like emperor will rotate out.
Fandral is OG, so it will not rotate out until ~march 2018. If you craft it now you will get to use it for around one and a half year.
cards of the classic set will never rotate, such as thalnos, malygos and ragnaros. this does not imply that you should craft them over other cards. Unless you think one and a half year is a short game period.
A card like thalnos cannot simply be replaced in mid shaman or miracle rogue, no card does what it does.
The meta will shift with the release of an expansion and you will probably need to craft cards. But cards like thalnos and fandral will still be played, while a card like malygos is extremely meta dependant (keep in mind that emperor is rotating).
Standard includes cards in the current or previous calendar year, including Basic and Classic sets. Standard rotates when the first expansion of the year is released. Most people predict that will happen March/April of 2017. At that time, Black Rock Mountain, The Grand Tournament, and League of Explorers will all rotate out to the Wild format.
Bloodmage Thalnos and Sylvanas are two great and safe crafts. If I were in your position, I'd craft Bloodmage right now now and save the rest of the dust for later. For the next expansion, it would be better to first buy all the packs you're planning to buy (with either gold/dust) and then craft whatever essential legendaries/epics you really need afterward.

Thalnos is one of the best cards in the game when put in the right deck. He is also from the Classic set, so there are no rotation blues with him. Malygos is another one from Classic that sees play in a lot of different classes (same as Thalnos). Both are very safe crafts; I have never looked back after crafting those 2 guys.
Fandral is possibly one of my favorite cards ever printed (huge Dudu fanboy here), and he is such a boss if left unchecked. What I like so much about him is that most of the Choose One cards are playable without him, so it's not like you need to hold onto them until Fandral drops, or force bad cards in your deck just to make them work with Fandral. He just provides SOOO much extra value that he is essential in ALMOST all Druid decks. His downside obviously is that he is from WOTOG and will rotate out of Standard eventually (although not for quite a while). I would say Fandral is almost a must if you plan to play Druid at all; you always want to have the option of making a deck with him.
That being said, I would definitely go for the Classic Legendaries first, but I wouldn't blame you in the slightest if you decide to go Fandral (I doubt you would regret the decision).

Thanks to every1 that will answer =)
Craft neutral classic legendaries first. Bloodmage, malygos, etc.
Rotation wont happen until nearly mid next year, so youre fine. However, you might be interested in the new legends that come out so wait until expansion to decide.
Ragnaros , sylvanas , bloodmage thalmos , ysera , all them from the classic set, and all safe bets for your dust
to your question. YES, Bloodmage Thalnos is worth crafting. one of best legendaries (imo) and wont rotate out. pretty safe craft.
Where shall I start...
So can it be a good craft also considering possible meta shifts and the fact that in a month(not sure at all) we will have a brand new expansion?

If you already have Ragnaros and Sylvannas then feel free to craft anything you want.

I don't have Sylvanas, but right now I don't even know where to put her, so i don't think she could be a good craft atm for me

You won't regret crafting Thalnos, I can promise you that
Renounce Darkness
Following the same logic behind the rotation of Azure Drake, who wanna bet that Bloodmage Thalnos will rotate out in 2018?
Anyway, it's probably the legendary I'll craft as soon as I have the necessary dust.
