I have 1 brawl and 1 sheild slam but which one should i craft first? do you value brawl over sheild slam or vice versa
Hard to say man, both really powerful cards. Probably brawl in the current meta due to it being awesome against Aggro decks. Whereas shield slam is better against more late game/control decks.

you need to have both but you can temporarily cut 1 brawl - still it'll be bad, cuz you need 2
Depends on your needs. You need both, but I would go for Shield Slam 1st, sometimes 2nd brawl feels unnecessary

first question: do you have Justicar? If you don't, don't even waste your time. CW is all about that card. I don't have one myself because I'm not crafting a TGT Legendary so it can rotate out in a couple months
Both are played in CW as 2-of. No priority there. Craft them, or don't.
1 Brawl 2 shield slam,
2 Brawl is sometimes needed in heavy control warrior but all control warriors use 2x shield slam(except cylcethun). It is some of the best spot removal in my opinion and is a needed card. brawl is handy for sure but I wouldnt craft 2 of them before you have 2x shield slam. Maybe craft one of each and go for some type of Reno control warrior.
