Going top to bottom, my personal rating for these 1 drops are:
3: Mirror Images just to protect yourself is alright if you feel you're going to get rushed, but vanilla Images without anything meaningful to protect is eh, thus the middle road.
5: Faerie Dragon is an insane card early game. It forces them to commit a minion to the board and it can get in 3 early damage, possibly more if left unchecked.
4: getting any minion out on the field before the opponent is good for momentum, making most 3/2 drops turn 1 pretty solid.
2(4): by herself without any follow up plays, a turn 1 Northshire Cleric is fairly mediocre as it dies to commonly played 3/2 minions. With a follow up play like Power Word: Shield (to buff out of common kill ranges that early) or Holy smite (to take out 3/2s), it is a very solid drop to force overcommitment by the opponent.
4: A Leper Gnome almost always gets at least 2 damage in, when dropped turn 1 against certain classes it can get in 4 or even more damage. Even the classes that can answer it usually "waste" their turn 2 momentum to do it,. A great 1 drop and minion in general for aggro decks.
5(3): A turn 1 Fiery War Axe can win games, period. Either the enemy is left feeding minions to the axe while you drop your own, or they forego early minions and switch to the defensive while you play the aggressor. Of course, the turn 2 Ooze counterplay can ruin this momentum, but even then it can benefit some weapon heavy decks by sparing the stronger weapons from Oozes.
1: Wasting your Coin to get a Novice Engineer usually makes no sense to me. Not only is she herself very weak, at 1/2, but she's basically a "free" minion already, since she replaces herself when placed on the field thanks to her battlecry. You might as well just wait till turn 2 to place her down and save your coin for a stronger minion.
Now these are my personal opinions, so take them with a grain of salt, but this is how I rate these 1 drops.
Mirror Image - 2 if no threat, 3 if threat. I feel more value in this card late game, specially if you're running Antonidas or something else you want to protect.
The Coin + Faerie Dragon - Depends what you're playing against but I've seen Faerie Dragons putting some work, generally however, I'd give it a 2 not to give it a 1 but this can easily turn into a 5 situation, but it's very hard to read a situation where you can give it a 5, mostly I'd imagine if you're not playing vs a Warrior and you got a lot of removal in your hand?
Northshire Cleric - Most solid 1 drop in the game so yeah, 5, gets rid of some really nasty cards.
Leper Gnome - As a 1 drop, 5 if going first, 5 if going second AND the opponent played nothing, if the opponent as a minion on the board I'll give it a 3. A 1 if the opponent played Northshire Cleric first.
The Coin + Fiery War Axe - A 5 if you got strong following plays, if it was just used as removal for no reason, a 1.
-- Mirror Image : 3 , but only if you got nothing else to play. Should probably only be played when necessary.
- Coin + Faerie Dragon : 4 - Probably one of the better turn one plays imo, since most classes don't have access to aoe till turn 4, and rng is few and far between in most decks.
- Coin + 3/2 minion with no effect - 1
- Northshire Cleric - 5 : Icredibely useful turn one play, it will either get you great card draw or force your opponent to use burn on it.
- Leper Gnome - 4 : Leper Gnome for the win, generally valuable in any decks.
- Coin + Fiery War Axe -3 : Depends on the situation, can be great for keeping board control or letting your minnions getting through by taking out early taunts.
- Coin + Novice Engineer - 2 : Only worth it if you need the card draw, otherwise I would always rather play something else.
Also, as mentioned above worgen infiltrator and blood imp are both useful turn one plays, defias as well.
I'd like your opinion in some turn 1 possible drops that I see every now and then:
- Mirror Image
- Coin + Faerie Dragon
- Coin + 3/2 minion with no effect
- Northshire Cleric
- Leper Gnome
- Coin + Fiery War Axe
- Coin + Novice Engineer
Also please, if possible, rate them, 1 for completely stupid and 5 for very solid.

One of the ones I am really liking in arena is Coin + loothoarder.
Also I love Leper gnomes.
Turn one Blood Imp is the scary to deal with its stealth and just feels amazing to warlock players.
On the other hand the best turn one I've seen was turn one
The coin+ 2x Innervate + starting one mana = Turn one Hogger!
I GG after that
[card]Flame Imp[/card] Does very well in my Warlock Argo deck.

Defias Ringleader - 2/2 + 2/1, not bad
Dust Devil x2 for that Turn 3 end with Flametongue Totem
Northshire Cleric into turn2gg is a very common combo.
Gotta love priests.
