What People dont get is that BUrst is the only way to win the Game as Zoo in some Matchups, you cant win as Zoo once a Control Deck reach Turn 10, the just Outheal all your Damage, Clear the Board 10 Times or just put the biggest Taunts out they got, Burst is the only WIn Condition Zoo has in these Matchups. If you Take P.O. + Charge from Zoo, they have no way of winning Games against any Control Deck while losing to Aggro because Aggro runs Board Clears nowadays.
Now you're just being pathetic, "zoo can't win after turn 10" ? Yeah guess what THE PROBLEM NEVER ARISES SINCE GAMES ARE SEALED BY TURN 6. Also "charge" in zoo? Since when do zoo use charge? They literally never ever, what they do is hard control the board and keep piling up damage.
You clearly have no idea about what you're talking about, which is not that surprising since then you wouldn't be defending zoo and PO in particular.

Zoo does have Doomguards and Leeroy as charge minions, and some people tech in Argent Horseriders. They clearly do know something about zoo.
Only reliable card in Warlock class and you want to destroy it ? zoolock is not even T1 deck there is not a single T1 warlock deck right now it is just a T2 deck and if you destroy it warlock will totally became a trash class.
PO cannot buff weapon attacks (not that Warlocks have access to weapons anyway).
PO always kills its target, whereas RW's target may survive.
Shaman has easy access to Windfury, both on minions and on a weapon. Warlock has to make some serious deckbuilding concessions (and use a lot more resources) to get Windfury into play.

PO is a really strong card. Both in control and zoo. But it is not so overpowered and meta defining. Zoo is not a top tier, and many zoo decks even cut it from the deck. Can be frustrating in combolock, but there is no such deck at this time.
Zoo is not an OTK Deck, it is a COntrol Deck with an especially Strong finisher that it needs.
Zoo is NOT a control deck. It's an aggro deck, tempo deck if you squint. But trading from time to time instead of going face every turn doesn't make a deck control.
Zoo is an aggro control deck . There is a difference between face hunter kind of deck and zoo kind of deck .
PO is not a finisher ! It's just a good buff card but a fair one compared to other classes's tools .
By the complainers logic . Cold blood should not have the combo part, blessing of might should only give +2 attack, blessing of kings should be +3 +3 etc .
1 mana op seem be right , cant target enemy and 1/1 = -1 mana if can it will be best remove in the game , die at the end turn should cost 2/2 = -1 mana , requires a minion on the board not spell dmg not weapon dmg = -1 mana , now 1 mana total 4/4 , aggro lose if get board clear aggro is use many card in one turn if they run out of card it total lose tempo is op this age with that yogg but fine he got nerf now
What a bunch of whiners. Should we just nerf every card that anyone has ever lost to? As soon as Peddler rotates out and you can't get 4x the card, there will be nothing to complain about. Learn to play.
It's a whole card guys, that kills your own creature. That's two whole cards (usually one and a half for zoo since shitty tokens) which makes it a completely reasonable trade.
Even though it's only 1 mana it's still pretty costly, and for only 4 damage. Your whole deck is built around the premise of pushing face. If person gets lucky with Leeroy+PO+PO for lethal then they got lucky and you'll just have to hope the next zoo player isn't as lucky.
Also reno needs this not just for otk but shadowflame, sylv steal, etc clever plays.
What about it ? They nerfed PO to the ground when Nerubian Egg rotated out.
There is nothing wrong about PO in standard.
1mana deals 4 damage is insanely strong. It was balanced back in vanilla HS when having minions on board was a big deal and not so easy to mantain, but not there's literally 0 effort in having a 1/1 token shit or so to sacrifice.
I'll say it again: 1mana deals 4 damage. Crazy OP as the game stands now, no other classes have something like that without comboing,
Nerfs are necessary until classes are in comparable powerlevel.
1. Zoo is not Aggro
2. Zoolock isn't even tier 1
OK. If zoo is not aggro - it is midrange. With tons of 1-2 drops. No oncurve minions. No removals, no aoe, no heal. Just vomit hand and pray for no aoe. So it not midrange.
Hope it is obvous - zoo is not control. Lol. So many guys think: make trade = "I am Control playya!"
Combo? Collect 4 PO is fair thing, but it's definitely not the main idea.
2) zoo is op. It is not so annoying no only due to warriors and new shaman aoe. It doesn't mean zoo is like paladin or rogue.
All aggro decks aim to build a sticky board which is awkward for your opponent to deal with, taunt minions, deathrattles, tokens.
All aggro decks aim to make favorable trades early, kill priority minions and most importantly prevent your opponent from dealing with your own board.
All aggro decks try to close the game out during the midgame, at about turn 5 you start to push face and drop finishers.
Just because a player doesn't vomit their (whole) hand playing around mass removal doesn't mean they aren't aggro, just smart.
Also play-style varies based on matchup, aggro vs aggro becomes an attrition match where the game is decided based on who can out value the other, who can control the board.
Ultimately these are simple terms and correct lines of play come down to knowledge and what you happen to draw. Labels might effect deck building but how you play varies each turn.

Shanking ankles since 2015.

You peaple complaining about PO do realize that cards like cold blood and blessing of might exist right?
I assume this thread arose because someone thought all 1-mana cards that add damage are alike.
Power Overwhelming is significantly different from Rockbiter Weapon in several important ways:

Not even a day off respite after a bunch of nerfs before this qq crap starts up again. I am so sick of all this qq crap.
Warlock is fine. Shaman got nerfed since it's winrate was +6% more than Mage in constructed and almost beat Mage in Arena.

Not sure if hyped yet.

Now quit complaining.
Power Overwhelming is fine. Warlock is not a strong class atm
