Hey there, now last year after the release of Whispers I made a guide of the most used legendaries in the game according to Hearthpwn deck usage statistics, so I'm doing it again! There are 2 categories here. One for the top ten most used and the top 10 least used legendaries.
Top 10 Most Used Legendaries: (Mostly called the best)
I hope you enjoyed this! It took me about an hour and a half to get all this info, if you would like to compare numbers from the last one to this one click here!
I'm surprised that Fjola Lightbane is on the list, sure its not great but it's still a very solid card. I suppose if people wanted to make a deck with her in, it would just be infinitely better to but Eydis Darkbane in so thats why she's not used much :P
This are really nice statistics, but I think that maybe you should give it more time after the end of the adventure before doing the research. I say this because I believe that Barnes and The Curator and this high on the list simply because they are new and people are still experimenting with them.
I'm attacking the same point that Arcturus noted. I'd like to know if your calculations are derived from the pure given statistics or from a collaboration of highly ranked decks, etc.

The Roshambo to Hearthstone. Please be nice. Don't insult or be mad at someone for throwing Rock.
Yes I would like to point out these statistics are based on all decks posted. This doesn't represent the whole usage of the cards in the Hearthstone community, but rather the Hearthpwn community. These stats are based on how decks use the card in general no matter how many upvotes it got, if you only did the highly ranked decks it would be more difficult to find a stat for the lowest and worst cards in the game, which I was also looking for. If you have any troubles with this feel free to do it with only Highly ranked decks, the exact stats may vary but in theory the list should stay relativity the same.

I played a home-brew Wonder Twins Paladin deck to legend the month TGT launched - the deck gave me my highest-ever seasonal win-rate. Fjola was the MVP - Eydis was fine, but the deck was aggro-control, and Eydis was (literally) hit-or-miss in that regard. I remember some Dragon Priests used to run Fjola - but I can't remember ever playing against a deck which ran Eydis. In any event, the deck I ran tanked after LoE launched - its win-rate fell from 72% in August to 54% in November. However, I'll always have a soft spot for "my girls".

For a disturbingly long time, there was a myth that Eydis was playable in mech mage. I tried it, hard, with every spare-part creator available, and it failed miserably. The stealth and swich ones are bad with her, and even saving up for a super combo with 3 of them, it was super underwhelming. Flamewaker would do a much better job, and he works with every spell on anything...

THIS DATA IS FROM THE DATE OF 8/31/16
The Nexus comes to the Inn with my set of Heroes of the Storm Legendaries!
I am actually surprised that .11% of the decks haven't dusted The Boogeymonster
Gruul isn't THAT bad...
Legendaries Opened: Tirion Fordring * Ysera * Dreadscale * Malorne * Cenarius * Captain Greenskin * Two fucking Nat, the Darkfisher * The Lich King * Deathwing * Hemet, Jungle Hunter * Malfurion The Pestlent (adv)
Legendaries Crafted: Deathwing, Dragonlord * Alexstrasza * Chillmaw * Kel'Thuzad

Darkbane didn't fare any better at 0.34%. One more 0.01% over Illidan.

I have seen Bolf used as anti-face tech. Lorewalker cho is probably in because of fun-decks, he is probably the least competetive from all of them.
Could you make a class-legendary list also, raniing how often they are used in their respective classes?
Also, The Curator over Dr. Boom.... weird.

Once upon a time, I dusted Sylvanas Windrunner.
I regretted it, though I crafted her back.
Except for Yogg-Saron, Hope's End and Ragnaros the Firelord, I have all the most used.
