Are you sure you want to cut the link to an entire format? I know a lot of people disenchanted all their wild cards after standard hit but allow me to tell you that standard is overrated. Nzoth is waay better in wild because of not only all the gvg and naxx cards with deathrattle, but also due to the more diverse meta that allows for slow Nzoth decks. Trust me, you should try out wild before locking that option out completely.
okay what's a replacement for N'zoth in Unicorn priest?
Um I'm actually not sure, is there any definitive unicorn priest decklist at the moment? I was under the impression that there was a lot of experimentation, but no official consensus on what unicorn priest actually was, but if you showed me what decklist you're looking at I might have a better understanding. I'm not saying you shouldn't craft N'zoth though, just that maybe you could wait a little longer and craft N'zoth once you've acquired enough dust. Also, I think that while Karazhan at the moment doesn't look good for priest yet, there's potential to see actual good cards that might allow for priest to see more play.
Should be the other way around. Standard is stale, and I presume this same thing will happen every season in that the meta gets figured out quickly and it becomes boring. Wild is more fun, and likely will always be more fun. Plus, N'Zoth is better in Wild anyway, so I wouldn't dust up your wild options for a guy that will be a Wild-only card eventually.
What I have done in extreme situations where I want a certain legendary in a bad way, is to disenchant basically every card from a certain class that I never play. In my case it was Hunter and Warrior (Priest I never play either, but seems like Priests can be used to defeat 90% of Heroic Adventure bosses). It kinda sucks doing that, but if you have a class that you know you will not be playing, I say dust it up if you really want a certain legendary especially if it's a powerhouse like N'Zoth. I did this (regrettably) for Y'Shaarj, but I haven't missed any of the cards I dusted, and I have most of them back now anyway from opening packs.

1) Not to be one of those people, but there are so many "should I DE my Wild Legendaries for X" threads on this site it's absurd. Please use the search function.
2) The answer to your question is probably not, with the exception of certain completely useless cards, unless you are absolutely certain that you will only play standard for the rest of the time you play HS. It should take you less than a month to grind 1,600 dust to craft N'Zoth; and it's not even that good in standard right now.
Yup, kindof wish I kept Golden Flame Leviathan right about now

Disenchant wild cards for N'Zoth? No. Disenchant useless wild cards (like flame leviathan) for N'Zoth? Certainly.
People who refuses to play aggro out of principle are even worse than people who play exclusively aggro.
One should seek to become a complete player and play all archetypes, including ones that he despises for whatever irrational reasons.
