It's kinda interesting in how it's a prime target for your opponent to try and remove as soon as possible, even though its effect is not immediate at all (that's not to say it's bad, it's very powerful in any control match). But your opponent will still spend a good removal card on it, conserving one of your larger, more immediate threats.
EDIT: welp, if it's start of game, then nvm most of that. It's not a threat to your opponent, it's not that relevant from Bane either. It gives your deck 6 potentially bad draws (cuz a Pit Fighter isn't the greatest). Good for heavy control and fatigue, where every card is value, but it doesn't fit other decks. It's alright in Arena though, but since it's legendary... yeah, how often are you really gonna draft this.

This is a critical difference since that means if it is removed then the effect does not occur.
Additionally, the observation on reddit about mechanics was as follows:

It will never shuffle 2 copies of 1 legendary ,.and it will only be your class & neutral ones.
And will never shuffles legendaries that are already in your deck, so if you have reno you wont have another reno.

Yep, we were discussing about it and updated accordingly. The deckbuilding rules are confirmed by Ben Brode on stream. This should be the final translation that we agree on for now~
Am I the only one that isn't that impressed? I doubt you want to play this guy on curve against an aggressive deck since you're increasing the chance of drawing a high-cost or below average minion, and while he gives you a huge fatigue advantage, it's unlikely another Control deck wouldn't be able to kill him. That, and the fact that Doomcaller is probably more insane than this guy.
The class in which he has the most potential is Rogue, because of the Stealth effects, but we all know that class has never been particularly good when building greedy control/fatigue decks.

It will NOT add duplicate legendaries into your deck. (if you have Reno in your deck, it will not add another Reno.)
It will obey deck-building rules. If you're a mage, it can only add Mage and Neutral Legendaries.

Oh hey, another neutral Demon. It's been a while.
Don't know, it's nice to have the most immediate effect in the game but sadly it may just destroy mulligan/curve.
I don't know, it's still 5 extra cards in your deck, can always be helpful in a slow deck.

BLizzard Take my money, I need this cardWithout a doubt this card is realy strong and will be a fatigue/control staple.
The only problem i see here, is that this is still not a meta killer. On its own its not killing Zoo/Hunter/Shaman Tempo and thus its still to slow.
I realy hope well see tons of aoe/heal/ board spam punishes soon. Otherwise this all will be in vain.
