Verry bad card imo. Since it doesnt heal or taunt its completely irelevant.
Huckster and burgle are the only cards this works with...and burgle is not playable on 3 without control cards as backup which rogue has none.
So this should have taunt or heal in add.
Sadly not playable
I love how seemingly arrogant you are about your opinion, despite being wrong.
You do realize that this card makes Burgle cost -1 mana, right?
You are the only arrogant one here, you first have to play the shit card Burgle, then you have to stay with the cards in hand to get value and then you have to play a fucking 5/6...and you expect to win?ever? The potential value is so far-fetched that it's not even worth considering.
You will fill your deck with shit cards, can't deal with the pressure and face damage(opponents and self inflicted) and complain that aggro is cancer and the meta would be great without shamans and hunters.

The 1st step towards a better game is firing Mike Donais! We had enough of his "skillful" balances!
The only problem I have with this card is that it does not reduce the cost of rogue cards that you get from your opponent if he/she plays rogue. That's a major issue imo.
My Burgle Rogue is combined with Miracle elements. If I have to dig through my deck to find a specific card, I can generally do so pretty efficiently.
I did something similar. It is Burgle, N'Zoth, and Miracle all in one. It seems like I get to Fatigue a lot more than I was expecting. I just draw most of my deck with the spells I deal. Because I usually burgle card draw or something similar.
You got value with this deck but the cards are inconsistence and the lack of a decent neutral healing make your opponent kill you no matter the card advantage you build during the game.
Rogue will be a lot more playable if healbot or something like that exist in standard...
I played 200+ games trying to make "thief" rogue a viable thing to play (i play wild, so, there's a lot of heals and taunts to protect the hero). I tried everything, deathrattle decks, yogg decks, tempo decks, you name it. Although the cards i steal are usually great, they are rarely that much of a game changer to justify the immense loss of tempo, and waiting for turn five just to discount them is just no good, by then i'm almost dead.
What we need to make a viable archetype are more cards like Swashburglar and Huckster and a Mini Peddler or that sort of spell to make the type a bit faster. I hope this is just the beginning and that we will see more of those in the upcoming expansions.
Yeah, it seems it's never quite the moment to play it, despite good stats. The concept of "i'll play it now so i can use the card i stole that's not so good the next turn" is not good enough. On the other hand, if the mana discount was more than two, it could be OP very often. Maybe there's a way we don't see in which the card could have better purpose. Ambershees idea to use stolen cards for drake and giant synergy sounds good, i'll have to try it out, though i doubt that synergy will make up the tempo loss.
Just to let everyone know, the Ethereal Peddler cost reduction will work on Shifter Zerus and STAY on him as he changes into other minions.
I was way off when I thought this card was only "playable". It is actually quite strong (and FUN!) in the right deck. Give this a go!
(feel free to sub out the Cutpurse for something else, I threw one in mainly for flavor)

Unfortunately, peddler's to damn slow :( They better made 2/3 cost peddler that gives 1 mana discount.

Struggling hard with freeze mage too, just can't keep up with that unprecedented tempo.

Nevermind. I somehow thought that neutral cards are also affected by this card.

I got countered hard by playing against priest, who have terrible class cards.
