Hello Hearthstone community! I have 1600 dust, and was wondering if I should craft Xaril, Poisoned Mind to complete Miracle rogue (have all the other cards), or to craft Ragnaros, Lightlord to complete Healadin (I have all the other cards too).

If you are actually a noob go with lightloard. N'zoth paladin is easier (though not easy) to play in my opinion. Xaril is amazing, borderline mandatory for miracle but the deck is pretty complicated. Against it's good match ups Miracle is amazing, against is rough match ups is much harder to play.
Since there seems to be a few experienced players here, could someone show be a good Healadin list to run? I'm currently running this: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/504145-numbersepts-nzoth-paladin. However, I feel that if I don't draw into consecrate, I die vs zoo, and if I don't draw uldaman/aldor, I get run over by shaman. Should there be some early game cards, to make it more consistent earlier? Or should I just rely on the heals, and hope to draw removal?

I suggest you watch streamers on Twitch to learn how to play slow decks. Typically, these guys prefer control over aggro. Some well known ones are Thijs, Dog, Savjz, and StrifeCro.
From experience, early game for N'Zoth Pally are hero power pass and drawing cards.
For aggressive decks you are relying on draws to dig for your Equality and either activator (Consecration or Wild Pyromancer). A good combo early game is Doomsayer then a free or heavily discounted Solemn Vigil next turn. Just stall the game until you can drop your big deathrattle minions.
EDIT: You can try the N'zoth list from the meta snapshot (Source). It's listed to have a 60% win rate against aggro shaman.
Contrary to what most people in the thread seems to think, xaril is definitely not mandatory for miracle, not even close. In fact most of the best rogue players don't even run it right now, mostly because it's terrible against zoo and shaman.
Rag lightlord however is pretty damn close to mandatory for n'zoth paladin, so if you want to play that I would suggest you craft him.

Tirion is the best by a mile. Xaril is great in every Rogue as well. I think Firelord is better than lightlord but Tirion is still the best 8 drop.

Uh...I already have Tirion, but thanks? I feel that firelord does not fit the theme of healadin as much as lightlord does, as he doesn't help you stall towards N'Zoth. Instead he is somewhat more of a win-more card vs some decks. I think you may have posted to the wrong thread however.
Didn't know you already had Tirion. Everyone suggests crafting him. Lightlord does fit heal Paladin better but i'd rather just run forbidden healing instead, 100% chance to target face and you get much bigger heals. The 8/8 body will be your only BGH target as well. Maybe a Guardian of Kings instead? It can be dropped the turn before Tirion and the 5/6 body dodges BGH and you have 100% chance of the heal landing on your face, 6 heal is better than 0 heal if lightlord misses and heals one of your minions.

Both are equally important in those decks...so it's really up to you.
Craft both, but craft lightlord first, since that's more likely to stay good for a while.
Alright, I'll craft Lightlord. Thanks everyone!
Do you like combo decks or midrange decks?
Do you like Rogue or Paladin?
Rogue, Combo---->Xaril
Paladin, Midrange---->LightRag
