The only reason I'm gonna say this is bad is because this is an epic. For such a simple effect, this doesn't really feel that special at all, and I'm pissed off that I'm gonna have to fork out 400 dust for it
This is a very good card, and they are clearly trying to push a more board-centric Shaman archetype. That said, people were predicting that Midrange Shaman would be a thing when TGT dropped too after it got cards like Totem Golem and Tuskarr Totemic. Although both cards found homes in decent decks, Midrange never did become relevant in the meta. We're just going to have to wait and see what develops, but I really hope Midrange Shaman is a top-tier deck, because it's my favorite archetype.
Good card. I think a lot of time this is just going to be a vanilla 3/2 card played on turn 2. Occasionally, it will get great value after a huge overload turn. If you are playing a more control-oriented shaman deck with a lot of removal you can probably justify holding this until you get value. But if you are playing midrange shaman you are most likely going to just drop this on turn 2 if you have it.
