Combo-able with any board you just played (e.g tuskarr). In that sense, better than MoE himself, but needs more than one minion to work. Definitely a cool card.

Just wow. Works with divine shield, deathrattle, totems, tokens, and anything else that happened to survive. Get a bad Evolve minion? Just upgrade the runt with Master of Evolution. Shaman is looking pretty broken right now.
Looks good, but situational.The problem is (like with a lot of the shaman cards) that you need to be ahead on the board or at least have one for this one to be effective and the problem with shaman (at least for now) is how to get ahead on board on the first 3-4 turns.
Ehh, I don't think that it will be that good. Fun, but not good.
You get to make good trades with all of Shaman's high powered overload minions and then turn them into a fresh minion likely of a higher power level FOR 1 MANA. Lay off the crack bro, it's really killing your brain cells.
Not an awful card but very overvalued atm. Compared to Master of Evolution you pay 3 extra mana for a 4/5 body with the effect on a single target. To combo this for value you need a mass token summon and to transform at least 3 minions to get value over a master. Requires a board to be a head for value trade and if played in tandem with minions from hand they must have charge or battlecry to gain value from the upgrade. Master just feels way more consistent as it's a good card by itself even when you have no board or are behind assuming you like the same effect. Perhaps evolve is a great 1 of in a swarm deck and for battlecry combos.
Works well with Jeweled Scarab, Abusive Sergeant and Argent Horserider perhaps comboing a massive 3+ minion chain of battle cries. Unfortunately Shaman tends to have poor card draw and wasting an entire card just to buff board advantage cards into an inconsistent upgrade seams like an optimistic strategy at best. This card will be tested with varying results imo but it's far too inconsistent and requires so much set up from a draw lacking class I can't see it overrunning another aggro deck (much like current Face Shaman) or keeping up with greedy C'Thun decks.

You may be right in your analysis. but I'm going to disagree for the time being.
In long games you tend to gather a board full of totems and crap. This card serves very well in those types of positions.
this card has synergy and adds more value to otherwise mediocre cards like Feral Spirit and Azure Drake
I think that you may be right in that shaman needs to get the board early to make full use of this but there are cards which combo well with this on their own, like the above mentioned cards. And that's not even considering the totems.
Mass evolve effect. Seems interesting. Reminds me kind of like Power of the Wild and Bloodlust that requires a board, but can go out of control if you have a solid board. Guess future adventures will pave way for new mechanics being added...

Wow. Shammy is going to be good. This is very random, but it will be a net positive most of the time.
This will see play! Pretty strong as shaman has no trouble filling the board.
