Ancient of War becomes a 10/10 taunt :P Also, this card becomes better with every expansion since new cards are going to get released. Druid of the Saber is now a 3/2 with stealth and charge oh boy. What happens with Druid of the Flame? Transform into both cards? Okay?
Ah, alright, thanks. A bit less excited now about the card. It can still be alright, but it is far less impact to druid as I was hoping it would be. But who knows! Maybe someone smarter than I can find some broken stuff to do with this card.
How does this work with Druid beasts? What do they transform into? I assume you still choose the effect, but then it'll just grant the other buffs anyway?
Although, Druid of the Flame states "transform into a 2/5 minion or a 5/2 minion". How will that work? Will it just get the other 3 stat points as a buff?
Wait a sec guys this shit needs to survive for the effect to work right? Its not like The Mistcaller since it doesn't read battlecry. Nvm this isn't looking good then.

In the livestream reveal, Ben Brode said that all transform cards now have a 3rd form that combines the two, and said that druid of the flame would become a 5/5.
I'd wait for T9 when you can play Fandral and AoW (either innervate or a tick on both from thaurissan) or just play it and pray for it. It's definitely on par/possibly above the 'need to remove' status of thaurissan, and just as difficult to remove with the same amount of health (AND coming out 2 turns earlier on curve)
Makes a HUGE difference if your opponent leaves it alone, any single choose one card is now gonna be worth 1-2 more mana and possibly a lot more in value, great when run with taunts (especially if you can get an AoW out) or just play T10 Fandral and Thaurissan and watch your opponents target priority die. Definitely top 3 on my to-craft legendary list (but I'm poor and can only afford to craft one ;-;) of WoG, great move in direction from blizzard to make us incorporate more choose one cards. Looking forward to nourish as well, insane card with this.
Strong when combod with cards that are 6- minus mana. Starfall - Deal 7 damage to one minion, 2 to others. Natures Grasp - +4/4 with taunt. Keeper - Silence a minion AND deal 2 damage to it. Dark Wispers - Give Fandral +5/5 and Taunt, and summon 5 wisps. Wrath deals 4 damage and draws a card. Raven Idol, discover minion AND a spell.
And if you can get him to last a single turn, you can start comboing with the big boys - Ancient of War, Lore, and the best, Cenarius (Summon 2 4/4 minions with Taunt and +2/2 to board, yesplz)
4 mana = 8/10 charge taunt (figure out yourself which card it is).
face druid here we go.

WTF. What? If you are talking about Druid of the Claw, first, it is a 5 mana card, and second, it becomes a 4/6 with charge and taunt (if this legendary is on the board, of course), not a 8/10 with those abilities.

You can play it with other choose one minions with innervate, or innervate this in turn 2 and excpect it to survive.
druid of the claw? except it's gonna be a 4/6 taunt with charge (you don't just add up the stats, since the effect is gaining +2 health, taunt, and charge, albeit as transforms)
Curious what the order is for the Choose Ones. Specifically, in the case of Cenarius. Will it summon the two 2/2 Treants first, and then give all friendly minions +2/+2?
In the order listed on the card. Unfortunately, that means you only get 2/2 Treants.

Was that confirmed by Blizzard or some other reliable source? I'm just curious, since I don't really know.
I am unclear. Does this effect work for the rest of the game? Or is it only active while this card is alive?
no words to express my love for the reference to the war of the shifting sands <3

This might be the best card of the set. Very powerful effect and synergizes with alot of the druid staples.

I love this card!

I want to see the new "token" for the druids cards (literally druid cards like druid of the flame, claw)
4 mana = 8/10 charge taunt (figure out yourself which card it is).

Great removal bait, if not you just win :)

Fandral Staghelm + Innervate + Raven Idol + Living Roots is pretty good if you ask me / deal 2 damage summon 2 1/1 and discover a spell you choose and a minion
