But it's Rogue. Classes don't have equal spells. This is fantastic for them and is going to see a lot of play.
you sure? evis is 1 mana and 1 dmg less and its combo instead of nondamaged. so it seems more versatile. not saying rogues wont play both, but still. eviscerate seems a little bit stronger imo
So basically all you have to do is leave your opponent alone all game, get five Malygos on the board, then strike for 30 damage! ... Oh wait, warriors and druids have armour, warlocks can tap, mages can ping themselves in the face and hunters can ping themselves in the face with Steamwheedle Sniper. 0/10 card. Blizzard hates rogues.
For real though, this card is pretty nuts. It may also be worth noting that you can discover this card with Jeweled Scarab.
This card is good in rogue only because rogue has such bad cards.
As a class rogue is supposed to be good at doing large amounts of damage to single targets, but weak at AOE....This card should work on damaged minions too, and maybe even be for 6 damage. Think of how fireball is not conditional and can go face.
Still, very playable card in a very neglected class.
A good Rogue card that completely fails to make up for the loss of AoE with the Blade Flurry nerf. I'd like to see some kind of Temp/Aggro Rogue with this and Rogue Chow, but that still doesn't seem strong enough to do well on ladder.
This is the best rogue spell they have printed since oil. 5 damage for 3 mana is very good and it's a good prep target for huge tempo gains which is what rogue wants to be doing.
It's of course not better than eviscerate but you can't run 3 eviscerates. It's also kind of cool that it can go face if your opponent is undamaged, though I only see that being relevant in niche circumstances, like if your opponent plays reno or jarraxus.
The only thing I think will be awkward about it is that you can't combine it with backstab to kill a minion with large health, like you can with eviscerate.
It's not a bad card but the situation of the rogue compared to the other classes kinda demands it to cost 2 mana instead.
I see what you mean with the 2-mana but I'd prefer if it was 6 damage (like a more balanced Fireball), considering that Rogue now cannot allow the enemy to get ahead on board by much and the condition doesnt allow to burst the enemy.
I don't like this card, really, it's not good to finish your opponent and you can't remove injured or big minions with this. I don't know why all the hype of this card, I didn't like it :/

You can remove midgame minions (or in general minions with =<5 health), with which Rogue is struggling and it's a nice addition to the non-face removal arsenal, which Rogue needs most now (aka will decrease the chance of more overnerfed cards).
This is an amazing control card it takes out emperor and belcher in wild
Let me change your mind...
sorry, but rogue is still f**ked hard
Sick in arena. I don't know why they gave Mage and Rogue strong common cards.
Lava Burst that cant smorc and doesnt overload. Really good to deal with those pesky Emperor Thaurissan and Sylvanas Windrunner.

This is craaaaaaaaaaazy!!! Backstab with steroids :OO

if this was given to any other class it would be terrible
Very good card. Yay for Rogues!
The character bit makes this interesting, but obviously full health face isn't a very good place to be firing your removals.
Might be good for clearing out warrior armor, dunno.
