Yes, but Cho is hilarious and Flame Leviathan is just a gassy War Golem.
Also, everybody hating on Skeleton Knight needs to try it in a grindy shaman deck with no small minions. When you play it against a control warrior for the fifth turn in a row and he finally concedes, you'll be sorry you ever badmouthed it.
This card usually goes under the radar, yet i think its almost completely useless. Unlike Eydis, which at least can have a decent effect on the game, Fjola has no real purpose, you would end up wasting spells on her, just to give her divine shield, when there are many, better minions that already come with divine shield. Overall, i think this card is useless in my opinion.
Whilst i will admit that nat pagle is terrible, at least he can benefit you, however in every deck, except a mill deck, he is terrible. he benefits your opponent more than you. there are basically no uses for Nat, the darkfisher in any normal deck.
This card, on first look, sounds promising, but the second you try and use this minion, you realise how useless it truly is. The problem is that this minions attack doesn't effect minions if they hit your hero. and this minion isn't even a taunt, so it has very little use outside of being a heal for nine effectively.
First of all, this minion is averagely stated at best, also you need to wait a turn to even have a chance of getting the effect off. and ever since the buff cards were released in the gadgetzan expansion, this card is basically worthless.
The Skeleton Knight Is a terrible card. Firstly, its stats are fairly average, whilst having high attack, its health is so low, especially for its mana cost, that it can die from a swipe, a frost bolt ping, and many other removal abilities can easily deal with him, and the knight's actual special effect is a 50/50 to get the skeleton knight returned to your hand. it is just not worth it.
This card is just terrible, cannot allow you to cast any spell because your opponent will just gain advantage off it, and they can get rid of it easily.
The randomness seems tricky against enemy with few creatures, but however this card cost too much mana and its stats are way below average, idk why they even design this card.
Very bad, just imagine your opponent cast a game breaking spell next turn. The only upside of this card is it can be RNG out from Shredder or other effect that won't trigger his battlecry.
He can be killed by Big Game Hunter, his bomb will always have low damage because "Never Lucky" will affect on you, he is also dead in standard, 1/10 bad card.
Jk
The final worst card is Hemet Nesingwary, unless Beast Druid is a god tier deck in the meta game, there is no way this card will see any play, maybe sometimes in arena you can kill a gigantic beast but you wont see beasts in arena 100% of the times.
I actually pulled Wilfred during the TGT period. Tried to use him, but he's so Inspire-dependent and he needs to have Fencing master and or "FORM RANKS!" to work. Very dependent, but the effect is amazeballs.
Imo, every legendary in the game, no matter how bad they are, have a room somewhere, a niche to fill, and have synergy with other cards.
I agree with you, but to be honest some of legendaries have light synergies and never had a place in any deck. I love to create decks around neglected cards but it's so hard with those cards, they're too much unbalanced, too risky compared to the benefits or too weak :
i dont like harrison because normaly is bad, youhave to fight against the right deck and have'it in your hand in the right moment, and destroying weapons is not that good efect either, i experiment a lot, i' am complete imcapable of use the same deck in more than 10 times for week, an have found, that i prefer an okay taunt, removal or draw efect than harrison. sorry for my english, not my native languaje
Like any situational card, it will have good moments and bad. I used to not rate this card very highly back when it first came out.
But that was until I dropped it down against a Rogue who had just played his Assassin's Blade. :-D
4 free cards and 5/4 minion on the board for just 5 mana? Yes please!
I think the worst legendaries are the ones that are not only unplayably terrible, but super-boring. These five aren't even worthy of being called legendary:
#5: The Beast. It's like Core Hound, but with an enemy 3-drop inside.
#4: Flame Leviathan. A War Golem that sometimes blows up your board. Great.
#3: Gruul. A very expensive Shade of Naxxramas without stealth. Bonus: It dies to BGH!
#2: Hemet Nesingwary. Needs no introduction.
#1: Maexxna. Yes, she's worse than Hemet. Emperor Cobra + 5 health + 3 mana = how is this a legendary?
Forgive me, friend. I have failed.
My list would be:
5) Baron Rivendare (bc of stats, not effect)
4) Millhouse Manastorm
3) Nat Pagle
2) The Beast
1) Majordomo Executus
Forgive me, friend. I have failed.
5. Flame Leviathan
4. The Skeleton Knight
3. Bolf Ramshield
2. Maexxna
1. Hemet Nesingwary
HM.The Boogeymonster
At least Millhouse Manastorm and Majordomo Executus can be fun/entertaining. But the legendaries that are just stat sticks...
Here is my list.
The Nexus comes to the Inn with my set of Heroes of the Storm Legendaries!
Yes, but Cho is hilarious and Flame Leviathan is just a gassy War Golem.

Haha! A collection of the worst cards!;) i'm surprised those are what a dark magician decides to collect.....
I like Nozdormu. He's a lot of fun in casual.
Yeah i'm not sure why they decided to make the boogeymonster, it seems pretty awful
Note* these are only cards that are in the standard format still.
5: Fjola Lightbane
This card usually goes under the radar, yet i think its almost completely useless. Unlike Eydis, which at least can have a decent effect on the game, Fjola has no real purpose, you would end up wasting spells on her, just to give her divine shield, when there are many, better minions that already come with divine shield. Millhouse Manastorm is awesome if you can play it turn 2 or coin it in turn 1. What's the worst your opponent can do?
S39 Legend - Quest Rogue, S38 Legend - Murloc Paladin, S37 Legend - Miracle Rogue, S36 Top 200 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S35 - Finished Rank 51 Legend - Aggro Shaman, S34 Legend - Aggro Shaman
1 - Lorewalker Cho
This card is just terrible, cannot allow you to cast any spell because your opponent will just gain advantage off it, and they can get rid of it easily.
2 - Mayor Noggenfogger
The randomness seems tricky against enemy with few creatures, but however this card cost too much mana and its stats are way below average, idk why they even design this card.
3 - Nat Pagle
The Nat Pagle pre nerf was pretty good, but after the nerf it seems like they nerfed it to the ground...
4 - Millhouse Manastorm
Very bad, just imagine your opponent cast a game breaking spell next turn. The only upside of this card is it can be RNG out from Shredder or other effect that won't trigger his battlecry.
5- Dr. Boom
He can be killed by Big Game Hunter, his bomb will always have low damage because "Never Lucky" will affect on you, he is also dead in standard, 1/10 bad card.

What I don't get is why they do Legendaries that obviosly are crap in the first place?!
to be honest. Millhouse would actually be a great meta card against pirate warrior at the moment.
Wilfred Fizzlebang
I actually pulled Wilfred during the TGT period. Tried to use him, but he's so Inspire-dependent and he needs to have Fencing master and or "FORM RANKS!" to work. Very dependent, but the effect is amazeballs.

I used to not rate this card very highly back when it first came out.
Tinkmaster Overspark
can actually be good as a CW tech. You just have to play it against a single, powerful threat like Tirion or Ragnaros.
Anomalus Flame Leviathan Gruul and The Boogeymonster will never see play outside of Arena.
Playing Hearthstone in German solely for Garrosh sounds. Sieg oder Tod!
