Actually... He can be BGHd. Battlecry can still target "Elusive" minions.
What? Soggoth the Slitherer has 5 attack, not 7 or more. But before you say something else, no, people usually don't run cards cards like Abusive Sergeant or Dark Iron Dwarf, in control decks, to try to put enemy minions in Big Game Hunter range. That is a very rare thing.
I'm not sure if you are being ironic, but those used to be pretty common plays in Reno or Malylock decks to deal with minions such as Thaurissan.
And this is usually why we can't have nice things here, there is always someone that takes everything literally and can't read more than one commentary before posting. Dude, please, if you read the previous post to that one, I was talking about control decks that don't run any silence. It doesn't matter that the decks you mentioned used to run Abusive Sergeant and Big Game Hunter, because I wasn't talking about them since the begining. But, yeah, of course, this must be my fault, because I'm not 100% precise with all my post, and it doesn't matter the fact that is hard for me to do so, mostly because I'm not an english native speaker and I can't pay attention to every single detail in every single post I make, when I should do it, because, well, there are some people out there with serious reading comprehension problems, and of course, that is also my fault... (that was sarcasm if you didn't notice it).
But you know what? I'm going to be sincere with you here. The truth is that I was wrong on my first post on this same page, but sadly, you didn't notice it. I was waiting for someone to correct me, and, in some way, congratulate him for noticing my error, while admitting I was wrong, but sadly, I found a post like yours. I was wrong when I said that control warriors decks that don't run any silence usually have a hard time dealing with Soggoth the Slitherer, just because they can use Cruel Taskmaster's battlecry into this legendary (in a similar way to Abusive Sergeant) and kill it with Big Game Hunter. But, yeah, I repeat, sadly I found your post. Next time, try to read more than only one comment before making yours, so you can avoid this kind of things. I really don't want to sound like a jerk, but that is the truth.

I just prefer to be picky with anything that has to do with Ramsay Bolton, my bad.
I really don't want to sound like a jerk, but that is the truth.
Yeah, I don't think anyone expects Ramsay to be nice, like, ever.
And you're definitely right in spirit. The situations where this card will be easily removed are quite rare. Rare enough that it usually earns its slot in a deck. No card is unassailable, but this one is close enough.
