An nice advantage of this over Excavated Evil is that it doesn't damage your own minions. You can handle their bigger stuff with yours while clearing away the little trash.
The cost initially seemed prohibitive, but with all these weenie decks and divine shields, the timing actually works out pretty well to create card advantage without being too late.
Still not a great card, but more useable than I'd anticipated.

It doesnt damage your own minions, but it does kill them outright.

Yes, it's certainly a card that requires some planning. Lots of Priest is that way, though.

I guess if you can plan to be randomly matched against zoolock or aggro-shield paladin, you are in pretty good shape!
Because against every other deck, it's garbage.

Not if you use Stampeding Kodo in combo with Aldor Peacekeeper... Its one of my favorite new weapons in my N'Zoth/C'Thun twin Gods Paladin deck that not alot of people have thought of before. IDK why i didnt think of it back before standard came into effect.

Probably didn't think of it because Paladins could afford to be lazy and didn't have to think too far beyond "Herp-derp, how many secrets should I cram into my deck?" When you're already coming out ahead on every trade, you tend not to worry about single-target removal.

The zoo is the more dificult match from priest, this card can use a slot, vs others decks turn into a legendary with Elise.

If this card would be 3 mana I would directly concede with zoo when I encounter with priest.
