I'm very new to the game but this card doesn't seem to have a lot of value. Also, if I do dust it what are some good cards to craft for a beginner? I would only have around 135 dust if I dusted this card. Thanks!
That card is not very good and you should definitely dust the gold copy if you want the dust. However if you wan't to collect everything and don't have a normal one that is probably the only reason to keep it.
For a beginner you should definitely work on getting as much of the classic set of cards as possible. From there you can start to acquire some TGT cards and maybe even a couple adventure wings worth of cards, but no rush! Just work on them classic cards first :) I can't quite make card suggestions if i am not sure what hero(s) you enjoy playing or what types of decks ect.
Although GvG and Naxxaramus cards are pretty OP, shortly they will not be usable in the "standard" ranked format, only in the "wild" format or any other casual or arena type play. So another thing to consider might be what you are interested in doing in hearthstone. If you don't really care about ranked play you can go ahead and get some of the gvg cards for sure. Classic first though.
Only reason to not dust a gold card is if it is a good legendary. Say you get a golden Dr. Boom. There would be no point to dust it bc if you did dust it you would have 1600 dust from the golden. It takes 1600 to craft a normal Dr. Boom so you'd really just be trading a gold Dr. Boom for a normal one. If it is a bad golden legendary or any other golden card you will want to dust it.

You can dust a golden Dr. Boom if you're not going to participate in the Wild format. You will be much better served by a Classic legendary, or a legendary from the upcoming expansion.
The advice against crafting any cards right now is solid. Save your dust for another month or two.

Regrets. After you get a collection going you'll start to get excited for the free golden cards you get. Then one day you realize... Shit... I dusted argent watchman, and I don't want to craft him. Then forever you're in regret limbo, missing that stupid golden card.
I miss you golden wisp... Baby come back... Any kind of fool could see... I was wrong, and I just can't liiiive without you!

Argent Watchman
Dust away. Probably only good in gimmick decks, which shouldn't be a priority for you right now :)

That's pretty safe to dust, yes.

If you're happy and you know it... well that's good :)
I say dust him. The card's terrible, no one ever plays him unless he drops from a shredder. I would even dust a regular one.
Honestly, spending 2 mana early on in the game so a 2/4 minion gets to attack doesn't seem worth it. I dust mine.
