2)What would you like to see/not see in a Neutral Ability Card?
1: Yes, or rather it's my Hope that there will be some. Might make some classes less predictable!
2: I would like to see cards themed after the professions and items in WoW, such as; Mana Potion: +1 Mana This turn only, Health Potion: Heal 2 health to your Hero, Tailoring: Minion gains +2 Life etc. Unless you include Neutral weapon cards I would not like to see cards which favor particular classes over the others such as Repair: Give your weapon +1 Durability.
edit: On second thought - I would not like to see a neutral ability that gives you more mana on this turn... maybe +1 mana next turn? I dunno - that seems broken
HS has lots of the elements from the WoW TCG, which had more cardtypes, e.g. equipment. Usually equipment had a limited quantity of uses, like healing potions. I think that would be an great addition for later expansions. Neutral abilities would lack the "typical for this class"-stuff and be more streamlined and therefor boring. I hope i could be wring though.
The TCG tried professions, but never made use of them and got rid during cataclysm (rehauling some stuff, design etc.).
Something interesting (again from the TCG) are multiclass cards, which were primarly introduced to make sealed format more entertaining.

Ah, I never played the WoW TCG so I didn't know that. Makes sense though - if they were good cards then all decks would be the same. I posed the question only really because I noticed a lack of neutral ability cards. The Multiclass cards sound fun though! I wish I had gotten into card games before now - but I have a feeling I would have become addicted at an earlier age lol!
I have nearly 19 years of experience with TCG/CCG/LCGs (or whatever the companies like to call them). Best memories are of course from the early stages, with the nice happy thing here and there. But still, being fresh, isn't a disadvantage. It gives you a certain perspective to cards, which the "old" guys just don't have.

I agree with msw, having a lot of experience in the genre sometimes makes you just see the same kind of stuff you saw in previous games. I am interested in what new people think about when they see stuff in hearthstone.
