Wild is like that because of the banned and heavily nerfed cards, those two decks would have negative winrate otherwise.
They can't afford to do that since all of the cosmetic releases are mostly mage and priest class oriented.
Best deck to counter those two are currently big shaman or murloc/freeze shudder shaman. Aggro won't work cause you need to highroll constantly to even have a slightest chance.

So theres that, hope it helps a bit.
Aggro Decks can work but they have to be really aggressive - with Murloc Shaman you can have huge boards by turn 4 which still is not always enough against priest (still decent tho) but does very well against secret mage.

Not true. I play Resurrect/Neptulon priest and have over 90% winrate vs. control/shudder/freeze shaman. Totem shaman is better, but I run two 1-cost silences, so my winrate vs. this archetype is above 75% as well.
The counter to Priest is Quest mage with endless stalling and freezing and then 20 turns in a row.
Another counter is extreme aggro like Murloc Shaman, but depends on the draw.
Counter to Secret mage is Neptulon Priest :) cause you don't give a damn for any of their secrets except for counterspell (of which they only have two), and with so many cheap spells in your deck it is extremely easy to play around counterspell.
Quest hunter also counters Secret Mage quite well.
What are your best counters to these annoying decks? You have one that screws both?
Thx!
Edit: And I am sick of watching Mages playing Timewarp after Timewarp after Timewarp after Timewarp ad inf. ...
Wild is so badly unfunny because of buggar archetypes like these decks, so I just want to get the satisfaction of beeing their pain in the afterix.

Oops...
Check this deck, I usually crush Big Priests and Secret mage with it
Yes, I can confirm Mill/Dew Druid is very unfavorable matchup for Priest.
