I've played against tons of different kinds of decks including Beast Hunters and Shaman using Bolner plus Y’Shaarj to resummon tons of Dunk Tanks and Circus Medics and do a ton of damage (this apparently is a successful deck, this guy had a fairly good legend rank).
It seems most classes have multiple deck types going on and some classes have several decent options.
I'm fairly surprised that the Drethar nerf apparently did so much to both Overload Shaman and Demon Hunter. The Dragonbane nerf has reduced Questline Hunter maybe more than it should.
Pirate Rogue is an efficient deck to climb from d5 to legend, but also a bit boring and one-dimensional. I assume once the make legend many players simply switch to more 'fun' decks
Yeah, wild is great, except for the fucking cancer pirate rogue fuckers.
1 of 4 matches is against this shit, I can't stand anymore.
They just search on google "most budget cancer toxic deck in wild", copy paste, play, vomit hand, win, wow, you have so much skill man, and great person you are.

Man, wish I was at your ranks or had your mmr. Which ever decides the kind of matches. Once you get to platinum and diamond, it's a whole shitshow of the usual cancer stuff. Glad your rank experience is at least diverse. Not everyone's so lucky.
Quest hunter didn't get nerfed enough. Rapid fire needs further nerf if they really want the non-baku version to get hit. Trouble is how can you nerf it without giving the spell back to the baku version? Neither version of the quest hunter feels good to play against.
I don't think Pirate rogue specifically is a problem but the pirate package overall, specifically the neutral ones...yeah they need an overhaul. Universal problems like Mr. Smite will probably be addressed sooner rather than later, but they really have to look at the others too. Southsea's Deckhand and Captain really need looking at. There's just too much neutral aggro value for this tribe that can cause LOTS of problems if not addressed.
I don't think Wild is particularly in a great shape, but I agree that it is in a much better shape than major of the Wild meta the past year (Demon Seed era, Pirate Warrior/Quest Hunter era, Quest Mage era, Kaes Druid era)
Wild is indeed in the best shape it's been since more than a year. In 30 games i face like 32 different decks. Multiple playable decks of all kinds (aggro, control, OTK, tempo...), no class being clearly above the rest and the only downside is that 2 classes seem to be kind of unplayable (Demon Hunter and Warrior)
i have a lot of fun/chill games on NA. euro has lot of unfinished/homebrew decks. asia is super agressive and meta.
rank:
asia has a lot of meta decks even early on, not realy fun if you have non-meta decks or missing lot of cards. NA/Euro has tons of different decks up to plat/dia. i like to play on EU/NA with my old/strong and new/weak account.
diamond 5 till 1:
well yeah, its the most toxic rank usually. casuals/weak players are not playing it. its full of strong aggro heavy meta decks. fighting it with weak/fun decks is frustrating. i mean people dont play for fun here, they want to go to legend.
time (month):
in the first days of the month, you have a lot of strong decks in lower ranks, cause auf reset. later on, its much more settled.
time (day):
i feel i face more agressive decks during the day and more chill/homebrew decks during the night.
wild in general:
i think its in an amazing shape. atleast for me, in platin rank with all kind of fun/meme/meta/aggro/otk decks (EU mainly). nerfing keal and quest warrior/hunter brought more variety imo.
Pirate Rogue is an efficient deck to climb from d5 to legend, but also a bit boring and one-dimensional. I assume once the make legend many players simply switch to more 'fun' decks
agree. i have not much fun playing it. its missing a lot of fun elements like discover. but will prob. using it to reach diamond 5 for the reward-chest at the end of the month. its also pretty cheap to craft i think.

I'm certainly seeing fewer quest hunters, but now it's 60% pirate rogues between D5 and D1. I've yet to see a diverse meta. :)
However, if I can survive to round 6, I'm less likely to be OTK'ed, so I'm not complaining.
I'm around 1500 legend in na, I see almost no Pirate Rogues (which is weird) -- they are all over the place in Diamond.
My theory is that Druids, Rez Priests, Control Warlocks, Control Shaman and Control Warrior and Reno Paladin are pushing the Rogues out.

Dunno, they are probably better persons that someone randomly complaining on an internet forum about people playing good decks to win
So easy to find rogue pirate player lmao
What about trying to have fun in a game dude? You don't have to be a meta aggro slave to win some games, think about it ^^

In great shape? Its infested of hunter/warrior quest and others cancerous & uninteractive decks lmaoo
Wild is literally unplayable.

well depends on rank, server and time etc.
