I just hit legend in wild for the first time and i always read here, that legend is like paradise, where everyone is playing fun decks and only on high legend there are those sweaty players. But tbh it's almost the same. This isn't a salt thread. I'm just a little disappointed. I'm on rank 3.500 so either this is still too high for those decks or people are lying about legend :D
I remember it being like that a long time ago, but not recently.
I believe that the potential to get a bonus star from d5 to legend is what ruined it, especially since it's based on the internal mmr instead of the rank, so even players who don't have the time to reach high legend that month still don't want to experiment.
I get paid more than $90 to $100 per hour for working online. I heard about this job 3 months ago and after joining this I have earned easily $10k from this without having online working skills .
Simply give it a shot on the accompanying site…...... http://NewApp1.Com
Dude 100$ hour is bullshit. I earn 350$ per hour, are you from the third world country?
Yes, Diamond ranks was used to have more experiments and diversity of decks.... but people become greedier in general as rank climbing with all these questline decks becomes much easier... and so faster climb with less time, why bother wasting time with experiments anymore? The design direction of the devs make the climbing experiment much disgusting...

Strange that you're still queing into sweats at 3500 since I do recall queuing into some relatively off meta decks at around 600 in the early summer of this year, but its possible that everyone is just queing pwarr or odd quest hunter bc thats what everyone does now. Unfortunately I think it may just be impossible to escape sweaty tier 1 netdeckers now, even in casual. Sad, particularly in wild, but that's HS for you.
If you follow guys like Roffle, who makes legend most months and plays fun meme decks daily, you'll notice that at dumpster legend there is a mix of ~50% of the opponents playing similar homebrew 'fun' decks and ~50% playing the top tier meta decks badly (otherwise they would have a better rank ofc). Which is much better than d5-d1 obviously.
Worst thing is that ranked floors aren't impervious to each other, meaning that if you're trying to have fun at (low) legend, you'll face (and help grind) all the Hunter and Warrior Diamond try-hards.
Apart from making money, which is obviously the only thing that matters anymore, this game is such a failure on so many levels.

It's better than d5 for sure, but not great. 80% people playing nonstop same meta garbage as opposed to 95%
This is the reason why I stopped aiming for legend. The further up the ladder you go the worse it gets with meta decks.
Every time I did reach legend it ended up killing my interest in playing more that month.

When I hit legend I swap to decks I have fun with trying to get 1k portraits
LMAO
at legend i drop down to bronze and play with totally wack decks or just try to finish my achievements/quests that i have...
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
bottom legend always has fun decks - aka crappy homebrews. You'll get there eventually if you don't play the good stuff.
