I dont think its possible to play both quests. I think i tried it with the quests we have already and you can just have one quest active. I doubt that it will be different with this one
Palidin could, with the amount of buff spells that are discoverable or easily runnable and bounce back to hand they could run Galvadon and the new quest
Priest and Mage can run the 3 quests without too much deck building trouble, but you're gonna have to make some serious choices on the mulligan phase or be okay with 3 dead cards in your opening hand.
Warlock probably can run the 3 quests as well if you can fit enough discard and self damage into your deck.
And I think there is a possibility with hunter as well.

You can't have multiple quests active at the same time but you can activate one after the other is completed

I didn't know this(never tried), so that makes it kind of pointless to try.

In wild, what classes can run multiple Quests. I am thinking Shaman can run the battlecry quest, with the new Questline.
Any other ideas?
possibly Spell Mage.... running 2 quests (Open the Way Gate) at the same time..
and maybe Deathrattle Priest (Awaken the Makers)

If it's just 2 quests, most classes can do it, just don't pick 2 quests that actively work against each other on multiple levels, like Fire Plume's Heart + Hack the System or Command the Elements + Unite the Murlocs

I have frequently seen Hex Lord Malacrass in Wild which allows Mage to play the same quest twice.
