Here comes another edition of "Ideas to revive forgotten legendaries"!! Let's keep creativity flowing and carry on proposing nice boosts to those legendary minions that nobody use AT ALL!
How this works:
The idea is to get a collection of legendary cards that have 0.0% use because they may be too weak and/or don't fit well in any deck archetype. These cards are good for nothing with the current state of the game, so the point is to boost them REALISTICALLY to hopefully show this post to a Team 5 member, so they could do something about this. What's the point of having cards that nobody wants to play in a card game, don't you think?
Important: I selected Legendary cards with 0.0% presence in decks in Wild according to HSReplay.
Part 1:
Hemet Nesingwary doesn't feel like a legendary tech card. Raising his health to 6 will make him more viable and would match Hemet, Jungle Hunter's stats, making him more coherent.
Remember Hobart Grapplehammer? Me neither! Perhaps if we add 1 use to our weapons we could see him more often. Would this be the boost necessary to make Hack the System finally viable?
Imagine opening a Wild pack and getting Ozruk as your legendary card. Oh my! It's less impactful than Kalimos, Primal Lord, so why should it cost more? 8-7 mana should be the ideal cost for this legendary elemental.
Part 2:
Imagine that you include Malkorok, legendary warrior minion, in your deck and when you get to play it, you equip Cursed Blade. That's a lot of value... for the opponent! At least give us the chance to equip a weapon from our deck, don't you think? Thank you Finalstanand xp10dfor the recomendations, it needed to be somewhat better than Selfless Sidekick indeed.
Wouldn't it be more interesting if Moorabi summoned the minions we freeze? There are only 6 Shaman cards that have the Freeze keyword, so Moorabi's effect should be more impactful.
Did anyone find a meaningful way to use Madam Goya in a deck? Like seriously? If we could also target enemy minions, we would be able to transform Madam Goya into an interesting tech card. It would not only deal with an imminent threat on board, but also it would give us value by including that minion in our deck.
New! Part 3:
After including Vol'jin as a hero in Battlegrounds, I thought it would have gained popularity in Wild. Oh have I been wrong! Still 0.0%! The effect is too weak and maybe Vol'jin needs to do what he does in BG and swap stats between two minions. This would be a nice tool against massive Mutanus the Devourer or Yogg-Saron, Master of Fate after swallowing the whole board.
"Woah! Got a golden The Boogeymonster, I'm so happy!" said no one ever. Let's be honest, this has a rare effect rather than a legendary one. Moreover, it's getting surpassed by incoming Lothar in terms of cost, stats AND effect, so yeah, this monster will never be crafted. Nice idea: what about making it bigger after any successful trade, be it your attack or the oponent's? Its a monster that gets bigger as it devours minions, why doesn't it grow after "eating" a minion that confronts it? It would make it really unique.
And finally we've got our favourite Warlock beast. It feels so satisfying when you fill your empty board with Hir'eek, the Bat. It has a cool animation too! But you need to build your deck around this card to buff it just to summon plain tokens with no immediate effect. Something so simple as giving them Rush would be enough. Look at Zixor Prime, it's almost the same effect and it doesn't feel OP at all, it's fair with the current state of power in the game.

As always, feel free to share any idea or observations. The aim is to update old legendary cards to 2021 to see any play. It doesn't need to be OP, but playable somehow. This is a game after all and we want fun cards to play in a fun card game, don't we?
The majority of these just need a cost adjustment.
Cho'gall could possibly read: "Battlecry: For the rest of the game, your spells cost Health instead of Mana." A little scary. May need a cost boost but a way better effect.
A couple ideas for Sherazin (all of which keep the dormant effect):
-"Revive when you play 3 cards in a turn."
-"Revive once you've played 4 cards."
-"Revive once either player plays 4 cards in a turn."
-"Revive once your opponent plays 3 cards in a turn."

temporus: take an extra turn after this one, then loose your turn after your opponents...
lillian vos: replace all spells in your hand with random spells from another class which cost 2 more (they keep their original cost)
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
the great challenge will be to boost Toshley
