In terms of balance, I think it's worth pointing out that when I (playing a Res priest variant) queue up against a shaman, I'm dreading the Devolve cards, or Hex. Given I have a slow start, Mill Rogue has the ability to be a problem and Secret Mage can just drop too much damage on me to recover. It's not all one-way traffic.
Never quit. I hope for good cards to counter. With Warlock I have Zephrys, Terrorguard Escapee/Leeroy, Tinkmaster overspark, Silas darkmoon, Kazakus. So I can dominate them pretty hard is lucky draws, or get owned if I get none of them.
Aye, that's the thing. Rather than complain that deck X is unfair / that card Y is broken or you can put something in your deck to help you deal with it. It'll not always work but it can change an unwinnable match up to one that's merely massively frustrating.
f course, I say that as a Wild player, with a massive arsenal of options to choose from. Standard is (usually) less polarised.

Of course, sometimes it is. :)
I have no problem, because

It's only sometimes I got screwed by bad draw or bad RNG
