Rogue has a ton of fun but objectively bad decks: Mecha'thun, Burgle, Spectral Pillager OTK, Dragon/Deathrattle, Mill..., but the best ones are indeed Odd and Kingsbane which are both kind of boring after a while
Paladin's best deck is Odd Paladin, which is even more boring, but a more fun deck that is quite competitive is Handbuff Paladin (check latest VS report for wild meta)
As for Warrior, not much there. The only really viable deck is Pirate Warrior (and mostly because it beats up on Secret Mages)
Mill isn’t bad anymore. Can make legend with it easily. Low tier 2
Mill Rogue sits in Tier 4 with 41% winrate and that will not change much, as long as aggro rules the world
It’s really not. China has it in tier 2 and tempostorm has it in tier 3. It is FAVORED against darkglare warlock and odd Paladin, which many decks cannot deal with and has decent matchups against everything besides pirate warrior and odd rogue. Big priest and reno priest are extremely favored. Even secret mage is pretty winnable if you play it well. Cloak of shadows and armor vendor did wonders for the deck, so no you are wrong, it went up to tier 2 after armor vendor was released, look into it.
I'm always stuck with vicioussyndicate, because they always did a great job. It has 30% against odd paladin, 25% against secret mage and is even against darkglare. It has it's best matchup against Odd Warrior with 69%. Against Big and Reno Priest and Reno Mage it's slightly favourable with 55%. I really don't see, how you will climb with this deck. There are way better Rogue decks out there....
DH cards are very powerful, so you can make the deck "fun", and still own like hell. All my 1000 wins with came with highlander DH what relies on late game nethrandamus, nzoth the corrupter and dragonqueen alexzandra. Cheap board removal and reno&zephrys helping with face decks and dirty rat&unseen saboteur ruining combos. Also love silas when you can steal powerful deathrattle minion (like enchanted dreadlord) to be added coming nzoth strike

There’s no way those percentages are accurate if they are playing an even remotely similar deck or playing it properly. I have 65% against odd Paladin, 70% against darkglare, odd warrior is honestly about 65-70% too because of Silas otk, but big priest is literally 95% win rate, reno priest is 90% win rate, and reno mage is 80% win rate. Secret mage is about 50% for me. Whoever made those percentages is playing a terrible iteration of the deck or simply doesn’t represent people who pilot the deck properly. If you get 55% win rate against big priest with the new mill rogue, you are literally the worst mill rogue player.
I have 2500+ mill rogue wins under my belt so I’m a pretty good pilot though. Admittedly, the deck is very difficult to play optimally, so if you were just to have the deck thrown at you, yes your win rate would be terrible. The reason the win rates might be so low is because of players who see the deck on the rise and they are new to the archetype.

Flik is not required, can be replaced with mistress of mixtures, another brain freeze, betrayal, or gluttonous ooze.
cloak of shadows x2 is too good not to include. Evasions are pretty awesome, but you might be able to get away with sudden betrayal, since most mill rogues run evasion and they wouldn’t play around sudden betrayal usually.
Then I have some other decks that I have been refining a lot since a while ago, trying to equal the value generation (most important thing for me) and fun factor with also efficiency. The best good fun deck here would be the Reno priest. Reno mage and Reno druid are also fun decks when they work but they struggle more in general. The Reno mage is probably the most "value generator" deck I have ever played (excluding nosense OP stuff like infinite Shudder, infinite rogue etc). You often experiment value overdosis. Codes:
Play token demon hunter for fun, it honestly wins more games than you'd think, run witches cauldron for more fun because of random shaman spells lol. Also yogg Demon hunter, draw your whole deck, play Zai to get more blurs and more yoggs, play your yoggs and win like 5% of the time. Tbh tho, the YoggDH deck is a little underrated since it just stomps aggro. So much healing and control that gibberling, face hunter, and pirate warrior lose 60% of the time. I recommend those two DH decks cause you are given most of the cards for free and Illidan is fucking cool. I can post my decklists for those decks here if you want too!

list and guide, if you decide to try it but are new to mill rogue.
Missing 4 cards in that deck...
Evasion x2
Cloak of Shadows
Flik Skyshiv

is there good rogue deck around spectral cutlass and academic espionage ?
Warrior has ETC, DeadMansHand and Galakrond/Bomb, plus Odd but that's boring
Actually quite a fun variety, although especially DMH ist on the more difficult end of decks
