Roffle, Solem and slizzle466 are content creators for wild decks. Many possible decks shown there. I would start with them.
Normally I would recommend discard warlock for starters. It is cheap, fast, has a good winrate against the bane of wild (reno combo priest) and is a tier 1-2 deck. Don't know how much in there is non-standard though.
I don’t now your level but even if I already reached legend today, note that the wild meta (in EU at least) is an aggro shitfest, without many Razakus (most control decks are Demon or Reno warlocks). So in case you don’t want to join the aggro assholes train, it’s kinda easy to farm them.
It's pretty expensive, but the Reno Mage list is super fun and has plenty of RNG. If you don't own him, crafting Reno Jackson is a must. Reno decks in wild are some of the best, because there's so many alternative cards you can use if you don't own some.
I'd say wild is a thing it grows slowly. I did worst against Mage (quest, secret) and Warlock (discard, highlander). I've been playing BigShaman.
Something you can do is play whatever deck you like in standard, until you've face different wild decks and see what you like the most! You can even twitch it a bit with whatever wild card you have/you can craft. I'd say this is the cheapeast way to use your dust.
The cheapest competetive deck is probably secret mage. The meta for me has been: Raza priest (VERY powerful in the right hands) Quest mage Secret Mage Big Shaman Cubelock Discolock Token druid (pirates) Odd Demon Hunter
But there are other options too!
For your preferences, I think Quest mage will bring you joy, and it should be within the budget. There is a Highlander version too, which will eventually help you open Raza priest.

In your place i would probably do long term investments when it comes to wild. Aggro decks are cheap indeed, however they are also the most unsafe to craft. If you have most of the standard cards, that means that you probably have: Bloodmage Thalnos, Zephrys, Polkelt. Those are 3 cards used in Reno Priest, which is currently tier 1 deck and i don't see them nerfing it soon. Even if they nerf it, they will just try and decrease win rate of the deck, they won't kill it.
My suggestion for craft would be:
- Reno and Kazakus (Those two are very important cards for Reno Mage, Priest and Warlock).
- Raza and DK Anduin (Those two are important for Reno Priest).
That is 6400 dust, you can use rest of the dust to finish cards for Reno Priest and later gather dust for other two Reno decks (Mage and Warlock)
If you are not interested in idea of Reno Decks, you can always craft Genn and Baku and make some of their decks.
For example: Even Shaman, Even Warlock, Odd Rogue, Odd Paladin, Odd Warrior, Odd Shaman.
These decks are much cheaper compared to Reno Decks and they are also safe for craft.

I'm almost offended you didn't include Dane in your list...the original wild fun deck builder/player lol

I will never play wild again cause all I saw where standard decks in wild don’t tell people that wild is different when all I saw were meta standard decks in wild
Can anyone recommend any cheap wild deck :)
I don't have any wild cards, have almost everything of the standard sets and some dust to craft anything if needed.
Pref mage or something rng heavy :D
Can spare 8k dust for crafting atm
Thanks

Welcome to the wild side.
Take a walk on the wild side...

You can swap Aluneth for Voracious Reader. Great fast deck for quick wins. Usually matches last like 5 mins or less
A cheap, fun deck I've been playing lately, with no RNG up until the end when it goes from 0% to 100% RNG:
Just cycle through the whole deck with those Auctioneers, then at the end drop Yogg and enjoy the fireworks. Win or lose, whatever is Yogg's will;)

Play secret mage ...it’s auto pilot legend...not even difficult .
Brainless cancer shit - I would better never be legend than playing this.

Try my legend overload shaman, its only 2400 dust :)
Definitely aggro druid. Chepaest deck and I piloted to D5 on my way to work and breaks at work in 1 day
Games are usually decided at Turn 4-5
