Never really played wild. I'm actually afraid of the format. The only times I dared go into some games, I used decks that were "viable" in their relevant expansion and added some new cards. As an example, I played a few games with a slighly modified Spell Hunter deck. I just got destroyed over and over by decks that seemed way to OP like Darkest Hour warlock.
Recently, I've been playing Quest Warlock with Arch-Villain Rafaam as my win condition in Standard. It's not really a good deck (Maybe it's a favorable deck only against bomb warrior because I can difuse bombs with Rafam and I have many heals via Soul Shards).
My deam deck to play has always been Kibler's Plot Twist Warlock
. I'm still missing the 2 Key cards Dollmaster Dorian and Fel Lord Betrug. I'll obviously add more recent cards to strengthen the deck if needed.
Sadly I used to disenchant almost every card once an expansion rotated out. This includes adventure cards that I often see in wild streams such as Emperor Thaurissan.
Would I get destroyed in Wild with this deck? Are there specific cards I should be aiming for.
Things to consider:
My current collection is basically just the year of the pheonix. Almost everything else is gone.
I'm only interested in Kiblers deck. However, i'm open to new ideas because I don't know much about this format.
I only play unranked. Don't really care about a negative win rate, as long as it's not something ridiculous. 48% or w/e is fine. I play this game for fun.
Will you get destroyed in Wild with that deck? Yes. You would also get destroyed in standard with that deck if you could play it in standard.
Besides from that, I don't really know how to help you here, considering you said you're only interested in one specific deck.
If you want some specific advice (like on what decks are strong, if I enjoy the current meta, etc.) I can probably answer any question you come up with, but you need to give me a little more here.
Unfortunately that deck is very bad, we recommend you an aggro warlock deck to get you started. If you have the darklglare standard deck, you can just add 2 molten giants to it and you'll be fine, it wont be the best list but it can make you win some ranks on ladder.

According to what you said, you only play casual. You also said you don't care about a bad win rate unless it's atrocious. The deck you want is really greedy and slow. Both Standard and Wild are merciless towards lists like this so you are mostly gonna have a bad time (yes, even in casual). I tried to make Fel Lord Betrug + Plot Twist work several times but the combo is just too slow and you need to run a bunch of expensive and not very good cards to make the most of him. Dollmaster Dorian makes things a little better but aggro decks are just too relentless and efficient nowadays. You should tell us a little more clearly what kind of decks you like to play so we could make a few suggestions that could potentially be fun and not too bad.
For anyone who wants to get into wild (or just plays it) I always recommend a Youtuber/Streamer Solem. He plays only wild and does a lot of videos about the wild meta, things to craft, budget decks etc. I recommend checking him out.

this is why u don’t disenchant cards people lol
Not true. I disenchanted all wild cards and never plan to play it. Without doing it they would just collect dust in my collection.
Need some help to get into wild.

If all you have is year of the phoenix you will struggle to get any fun and viable wild deck going
If you want to play greedy warlock, play Mecha'thun or Cubelock.

I would disenchant as much druid cards as possible to craft those 3 legendaries.
