Hello guys, I am playing an homebrew highlander hunter deck in wild. The deck is value oriented rather than aggression (even though it can burst opponents with the right hand): as an example I play Zola the Gorgon over Brann, even though they are close in functionality Brann allows for more immediate plays, burst and value, while Zola allows for reccuring threats that the opponent has to deal with.
So here goes my question: does anybody have some analytics or experience to compare Loatheb vs Boompistol in an hl deck? I am really struggling to evaluate them appriopriately because it is so hard to observe the outcome when you play them (Especially when you play Boompistol, it is hard to guess if you actually prevented a powerful battlecry). Right now I play the Bully because I don't care about boardclears as aggro decks, but i am not sure it is the optimal choice. A list of common threats blocked respectively by Loatheb and Bully would be awesome.
If you guys are curious this is the list I use right now: the choices are not bound to budget reasons. Right now the deck feels extremely powerful but i would love any suggestion from experienced hunter players especially about some unpopular choices i made
Think about your deck, and think which is more likely to be required to be stopped for one turn in order for you to win?
That is all either accomplishes, it prevents either Spells or Battlecries for one turn. Think of what is more important for your particular deck to stop, and use that one.
I only use Loatheb. Bully is too specific to be relevant. Few Battlecries really need to be stopped at all costs, Loatheb is generally very useful as Spells are much more important.
I am starting to feel the same way: Bully seems less impactful, even though it delays deathknights and hl cards. I am not that satisfied with its performance so far.. I was wondering if I was biased but probably it is just too situational.
Btw i posted the list I play, if you have any other observation.

loatheb in general has way more value, no matter what deck he's in
the occasional super high roll on bully is so rare, it barely doesn't count.

Thank you!
Without Zul’jin unleash the beast doesn’t feel like a strong inclusion in my opinion, maybe find a space for a hyena alpha or prince valanar as well
