The King of Liches fits perfectly in your Even Shaman, and works quite well there. Though I'd recommend Al'Akir or the Hagatha hero if you don't have those for your Even Shaman.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Loatheb imo. Except for even decks he is nearly playable in all decks, he is viable in aggro, midrange and even in control. Solid stats for 5 mana and a unique very strong ability.
I don`t think he is the strongest Wild legy, but one of the savest crafts in my opinion.
Blizzard should make a special stream lessons or youtube videos in which they explain the the only way hs should be played is with supa dupa 1000 IQ control/combo homebrewed decks and 30 minutes long match is a minimum time period that proves you're not braindead blah blah something etc.

Yeah... no. Hagatha and Al Akir were good in last year's standard even shaman but not in wild.
Go with The Lich King OP. He's the best lategame minion for even shaman.
Ragnaros and Lich King should be your safest bets. Both are playable in almost every midrange or control deck. Personally I prefer Ragnaros over Lich King but both should be good choices.
Buy the League of Explorers adventure. It's cheap, it's fun to play, and it comes with a whole bunch of good cards like Reno, Brann, Anyfin and whatnot. In my opinion, the smartest way to craft those cards is to buy them.
Naxx is good too, but not as good.

There is this list with some suggestions:

I have played a lot of even shaman the last year, and I think for that deck, the pecking order goes:
-Genn (duh)
-Rag (personal preference, really fun!)
-TLK (about as good as rag, versatile, I like 2x 8-drops)
-Aya (is in a crowded 6-slot and often feels slow.)
Consult the list for more general powercrafts which do not fit in Even shaman;-)

The way you ask, you mean neutral cards, right?
Rag, Reno, Thaurissan, Lich King, N'Zoth, Sylvanas
