The problem is that it's not as inconsistent as it seems, which was confirmed by most people who have played this deck more than a few times. Last time I checked on the epic crafting tier guide, Darkest Hour warlock was tier 2.
What I meant when I sad inconsistent. Is that the deck is built around a combo. If you draw the combo you just win. If you do not draw it, you tend to just die. Sure, you can cheat out voidlords, but one voidlord is rarely enough to stay alive until you can hard cast your minions. Do not get me wrong though. I am not saying the deck is bad, far from it. Just saying that the deck is by no means an auto win deck.
Is it a problematic deck? Not sure. It may very well become a problematic deck once the proper builds are being found and more cards are being released. It is however very frustrating to lose to, since you are not even given a fighting chance when they pull of the combo.
I tend to stay away from wild because of decks like this and others. I am looking at you Big Priest.
If I do play, I am in the dumpter 15 to 20 ranks, so I don't really care and most people I play are playing 'fair' Wild decks.
If I see a Big Priest and I know my deck has no answers, I just concede. I have no fun knowing I will lose 10 mins later.
Or 1 turn later with this deck.
To be fair big priest is UNGODLY predictable and boring the play against. i tend play fast aggro and combo decks. Sometimes midrange and control. They may have clears, they may get the high roll with barnes, ive seen some rather lazy played big priest and they got punished.
I love this deck because it totally crushes BigPriest. Thats the only reason. When I played it (Rank 5) I faced a lot of priest and it felt so good to crush them. When he cant use any spells to clear cuz his spells cost +4 more, AYE LMAO MR BIG PRIEST
Not so inconsistent, given Warlock Hero Power, board clears, and Plot Twist.

if you dont draw the combo you will durdle till you get the pieces to hopefully win. Draw rng is always fun.
I played it and unfortunately didn't have two nerubian unraveler, so its a tamer version of the deck lol.
I dont see it being totally problematic, could it get worse? *shrug its not giant lock lets be real lol
It is good but not OMG OPPRESSIVE NERF IT TO GROUND tier lol
Do or do not. There is no try.

Dude, Nerubian Unraveler is a key card. With it this deck is immune to mass removal in early-mid game.
I've been playing DH Warlock (both the charge and the value version) since the launch of the new expansion and it's NOT a problematic deck.
I can't count the times I had two of the three combo pieces and lost because I couldn't find the third one or had all my big minions in my hand.
Sure it's fun (or not) if it pulls off the combo on T3/T4/T5 but when you don't... oh boy...
It's a coinflip simulator and if you loose you're not loosing because you've misplayed, you loose because you had a bad draw. Feels bad.
It is not about winrate of this deck, it is about frustrating and non-interactive experience and highrolling potential.
I didn't said anything like "but it has a low winrate"... Yes it highrolls when it does but it relies on a 3 card combo and has no healing.

There should be a kill demon, heal five zero mana spell for sure.
