Hi ! I would like to know if there is a way to use HearthPwn (Premium) to show up cards in the collection that can safely be dusted if I do not want to play wild? Is there a function or a filter?
You could filter by the sets that are rotating in Hearthstone itself. Beyond that, if you're looking for something more fine tuned, I'm not sure if you'll have luck. There is no objective measure of safe to dust, since you have tavern brawls and solo content to consider.
Haven't played in like 2 years and I only want to play Ladder, never wild. Is the best way to dust, open up HS go to the Wild sets section and sell all those cards? Thx
Just be careful... if you ever, ever want to try out Wild you will dearly regret dusting cards. And personally, I consider Wild to be a lot more fun than Standard.

Dependable loan sharks since 1960. We sink our teeth into every deal we make.
There are some outright crappy cards if you are looking for more dust. Something like Arcane Golem. If you are not interested in niche or fun decks, then there are more cards that you could consider dusting. Like will Pilfered Power or Small-Time Recruits ever be useful, or irreplaceable? Most likely not.
Nearly every card has its niche use though, and who knows some cards previously trash could become more playable as extra synergies are printed with each new set. The expensive spell damage minions from the past couple of sets are generally considered trash, but who knows, we're getting more spell damage support this expansion. Still, probably not.
I guess the question is, can I use another card that has a similar effect and is better? Then I probably dust it, unless I want to run both. I'd call Kidnapper trash because of Vilespine Slayer and Sap.

Thanks for Help juergen
Well, first of all, the Premium account on hpwn is not a thing anymore for a very long time. The users who did have premium when it was discontinued kept the title as a thank you. I can understand you not knowing this, if you were not active for a long time, so just saying.
Then, even if we had a function similar to what you are asking, you cannot DE cards via 3rd party programs, you have to do it in the Hearthstone itself.
And 3rd, if you want to DE all your wild cards, you will have to go set by set and DE everything manually. Dont think there is a filter in the collection manager that allows you to display Wild cards minus current Standard, only Standard or Wild and Wild means entire collection. So easiest way to do it is to sort by sets and DE them one by one.
That being said, do consider your actions carefully before doing so, it is no small thing to DE your Wild cards, you might regret it.

What do you mean by safely be dusted ? You can just dust every card from the old sets if you don't want to ever play wild.

Maybe play some games on the wild ladder, before DE all your wild cards, just to know the meta there. If you don't like it, you can DE all the cards.
But... Sometimes you can find more fun in wild than on standard ladder.

Standard cards are a subset of Wild cards. Consequently, in your collection they're labeled Standard Cards and All Cards.
So you have to go to each Wild Set listed below the Standard Sets individually and delete from there.
