I was trying some Jade Rogue and I noticed that Spirit of the Shark and Jade Shuriken dont work together. Why is that?

Spirit of the shark only specifically affects minions, it says so in the card text. 

Jade Shuriken is a spell, not a minion. :P

To add further, minions with combo keyword like si7 won’t trigger battlecry synergies, even though it feels just like a battlecry.

Why are you clarifying this? Spirit of the Shark works with minions with battlecries and the combo keyword.
