Does anyone know who has the greater advantage in this match-up. I feel like reno jackson shudderwock deck just gets rolled by a normal shudderwock shaman. Which shudderwock version does everyone find has a higher win rate%?
The regular version is heavily advantaged. Better draw: more consistent. OTK combo damage once the combos online: Reno won't save the highlander variant.
The Reno can if it curves perfectly - but that's not going to happen all that often in the mirror and will be an outlier and not a guarantee.
I don't know, but the only one that seems fun and strong to me is the Reno/C'Thun variation, I've had tough matches against that variation (when I play Control decks) because they have a lot of minions so it's tough to pull significant combo pieces.
In a Wild, OTK Shudderwock is completely outclassed by Jade Shudder and Reno Shudder. Not only because of Rats,Coldlights and such, but also because of the big boards that cant be devolved or volcanoed so easily. Jade or Reno Shudder should be completely favoured there (At least from my experience)
In my limited testing in dumpster legend during WW, I had most success with N'Zoth Shudderwock. While it loses to the other variants, it does better against aggro as the others.

I imagine Reno Shudderwock is better vs aggro and regular Shudderwock is better against control/combo decks because of greater consistency.

I wish there were that many variations of Shudderwock decks in standard too
