I've love the idea, so long as it has no negative impact on the current wild format. Some of the nerfed cards no longer need the nerf that they have now, but since cards are never buffed, according to T5's philosophy, the nerfs will most likely never be undone.
I would honestly love to experience fight between Cubelock with shitton of taunts and prenerfed Patron Warrior. It would be really chalenging for Patron Warrior and I would take that chalenge :D
It is a great idea for a tavern brawl, though! I am curious to how prenerf freeze cards would hold up against full force pirate warriors, aggro shamans, updated huntertakers and aggro druids with Force of Nature combos....

I see the point in dividing the playerbase, but I'm not sure how much I buy some of the alleged broken interactions. That Dreadsteed + Defile one you mentioned, the one that T5 nerfed Dreadsteed over, was a total load of crap. The interaction would be prevented by a cap that would eventually stop defile from casting. How do I know this? There was another OTK deck I was trying that constantly looped Defile with Grim Patrons and eventually Defile just randomly stopped casting despite there still being a 1, 2, 3 health Patron still left on the board.
Can I have prenerf Alexstrasza please that also shred armor to 0 in this format? :p

Yes, I think it stopped at 15 repetitions, but it would not be a very cheap complete clear which would not be fun to play against, as wouldn't the naga charge giants.
I would be more scared about the aggro decks mentioned later, Ironbeak Owl was 2 mana once...

wasnt the ability of warsong commander to give minions with 3 or less atk charge? how would this work with the giants? was there another nerf before?

I really don't think an unnerfed Undertaker would really be as threatening in today's meta as it was during Naxx. As powerful as Undertaker Hunter was back then Pirate Warrior & in some cases Aggro Druid, are much faster in building an aggressive early game when compared to a hunter today with an unnerfed Undertaker. Control/Cubelock removal would also wreck Undertaker, even with the health buff (Defile is one prime example).
Which nerfs? Cards nerfed multiple times. Do you add back cards removed in beta? Seems complicated. I thought this thread would be about a wild tournament mode like heroic brawl - that would be cool.

I was just thinking... pre-nerfed cards... it is technically possible, right? But would someone play it?
Someone here at the forums wanted Wild to be played only with x+ wild cards, with "a truely Wild deck." so this might help :D

No, dividing the playerbase even more will make the "losing" formats even more obsolete. Wild is enough of a nieche as it is.
Also, it would open some broken combos like Dreadsteed+Defile and the original Warsong Commander+Naga Sea Witch+a flood of charging 0-mana 8-8 giants...

Warsong was nerfed twice. At the beggining of HS there was OTK warrior with Giants and Warsong that was giving charge to all your minions.
