Looks good I'll give this variant a try. Recruits seem weak to all of Priest board clears in wild, but with Loatheb and the extra recruit generators and the very low curve i can see how it performs well if dudes stick to the board.
Why no Stonehill Defender? Why no Consecration? I get that these are tempo negative /defensive tools, but is the theory that you are going for the sole win condition of go wide and buff board? If that's the case, why no Keeper of Uldaman or Bonemare? Why not run 2x Blessing of Kings? Noticeably, there are no Spikeridged Steeds which can be both buff and strong defensive tool against aggro. Do you think that the 3-card pirate package is stronger than using these extra buff cards and defensive cards?
Why no Tirion Fordring? Do you think Dr. Boom is that much better for closing out longer games?
Just curious on your thoughts about how this lower curve list performs relative to the more midrangey versions i described in the current meta.

This deck aims to absolutely gets the board early game instead of playing the long game, which is a better strategy against priest anyway, hence, cards like Bonemare and Spikeridged Steed are just way too slow. Stand Against Darkness is a board filling machine since the Priest only as that many boardclears and it's unlikely he'll have them all on hand. Dr. Boom comes down a turn sooner.
thanks for the post i'm just playing a recruit paladin deck and i found this post much interesting

Do you think 2x Stand Against Darkness is necessary? I love Vinecleaver over Justicar Trueheart.
