With the recent Nerfs being announced for pirate warrior and token druid i think the coast is clear to throw DB or rag back into Nzoth Renolock. However I'm conflicted on which one to put in, Dr.b is a very solid body that comes with tools that can either deal burst or help control the board and rag is pretty much the same. Some people will recommend DB just because the boom bots work with Nzoth however at maximum value (excluding DB) Nzoth puts 6 bodies on the board. If DB is thrown into the deck there are 8 minions that all have an equal chance of coming back, this means that the belcher or deathlord might not come back with Nzoth which is huge. Rag on the other hand dose not work with Nzoth at all but is a very solid card that becomes your opponent's number 1 priority the moment rag is played.
Thanks for reading if you disagree with any choices in the deck feel free to comment about it.
I like Dr. Boom, and not just because I was a Fantastic Four fan growing up! Rags is great and Boom gives you more on the board and is headache for opponents to clear requiring AOE with consequences (bot damage). But I think you answered your own question: "this means that the belcher or deathlord might not come back with Nzoth which is huge." The value attributed to resummoning those cards with N'Zoth outweighs that of Dr. Boom.
Piloted Shredder and Impgang Boss are a big mistake here, it's the Piloted Shredder and not the Boom Bots that are going to mess up your N'zoth turn as your N'zoth play is generally a defensive and not offensive tool to contest the board. You're just committing suicide vs aggro by playing Piloted Shredder and Impgang Boss over Refreshment Vendor and Earthenring Farseer, a 4/3 and a random two drop is often worse value than a 3/5 vs aggro and Impgang Boss can't trade with the x/3 minions it needs to so you only have one Antique Healbot for Brann Bronzebeard and worse bodies overall.
I'd think long and hard about playing Dirty Rat in Naga Sea Witch meta, and I'm pretty sure you can't beat any Priest deck without either the Leeroy Jenkins/Faceless Manipuator or Feugen/Stalagg combo (which I think is more viable now that Hex is getting nerfed) Renolock doesn't win the generic value war vs Renopriest anymore, you need an edge somwhere else or you'll just get taken into fatigue and lose - even old Elise is worth taking another look at now. Feugen/Stalagg combo has the advantage of being the best package vs Jade Druid, so I'd consider that right now.
I guarantee you Pirate Warrior isn't going anywhere in Wild because it can play Cursed Blade which is strictly better than Fiery Waraxe vs control and gives the deck a smoother curve into Bloodsail Raider and Dread Corsair, and Token Druid isn't going anywhere in WIld either because it will just cut Innervate and Flappy Bird and play the eggs instead.
Sorry if that sounds overly critical, but once you hit like rank 5+ in Wild you're going to be hating life when all you see is Jade Druids, Renopriests, Giant decks and assorted aggro decks because you're just not equipped to deal with any of it fwiw.

I have made it past rank rank 5 into low legend but not recently. The reason I put shredder was for a good body to be brought back with nzoth. and I removed refreshment vendor for Dr.boom (or rag) because the meta is getting slower. This deck still has a bunch of anti aggro such as defile deathlord dread lord hellfire mixtress of mixtures. I put the rat in my deck because I ocasionaly run into quest mage and some other combo decks for refrence I'm rank 8 right now. I run the leroy combo ocasionaly in this deck but I don't like it *just a preference thing*. One last thing I have to say is that impgang is a great card vs agro and contol, the card produces tokens that can trade with most minions in aggro decks and it can also combo with defile to make an excellent board clear bs control and aggro.
Not running the Leeroy/Faceless combo is fine, but I can guarantee you that your anti-aggro tools are not optimal and/or enough vs Pirate Warrior or Murloc Paladin because you can't trade out vs any of Pirate Warriors 2+ mana minions or Murloc Warleader, Rockpool Hunter a buffed Murloc Tidecaller or even stuff like Mana Wyrm or Tunnel Trogg. Not only are you basically throwing vs aggro by playing Impgang Boss, but you're making your control match up even worse by having 1 to 2 Imp Tokens to potentially recur with potions - I won't even play Doomsayer over other options anymore because of the number of games I've dropped to recurring it. The meta isn't getting any slower other than for Innervate -> Flappy Bird, and it's only going to get faster for you with Cursed Blade Pirate Warrior.
To give you some perspective, I have Sen'jin Shieldmaster, Second Rate Bruiser, Earthenring Farseer and Refreshment Vendor over you in my deck and I still barely coin flip vs Pirate Warrior, you just can't afford to play stuff like Impgang Boss and Piloted Shredder that suck vs aggro and put low value bodies into your potion RNG.
