I noticed on the reddit Wild Meta page, this is the list they have posted for N'Zoth Control Warrior. Is Direhorn Hatchling seriously better than Sludge Belcher? I feel like in such an aggressive meta you run 2x Belcher every time. I had considered Hatchling in my list, but ultimately cut him for Belcher.
Personally, I think it's better to have the deathrattle effect stick to the board than shuffled back into your deck. I think the bigger factor is whether you run 2x Brawl or just one copy, because there aren't many other cards competing for the 5 mana slot. If you're only running one brawl, I would go double belcher and one hatchling, or one of each + Loatheb.
Edit: another consideration to make is whether or not you include Elise Starseeker, because the direhorn will give you more value from the golden monkey.
When is it worth using Loatheb? I have Naxx but never really understood what made Loatheb good. When is the right time to play him? It just seems like the answer to that question is very meta dependent, and hard to know at lower levels with unknown/unpredictable decks, unless you're trying to defend against a board wipe when your board gives you lethal next turn. Aside from that use case and stalling an obvious Pyroblast, I can't think of anything else for him.
Loatheb is a great tech card vs board clears, combos, freeze mage, Warlock Leeroy + Power Overwhelming + Faceless combos. Sometimes your opponent's game plan is very obvious, and Loatheb can buy you a turn which can be detrimental to your opponent.

when you have a strong board and want to block opponent from playing aoe. hes really quite good any time as at often makes your opponents next turn inefficent. hes great vs control, not as good vs aggro. but i have used him to block pirate warrior from using mortal strike lethal for a turn while i can heal up
direhorn is same as loatheb in a sense. hes really good vs control since u get 2 cards for 1 which helps you outvalue opponent. if you discover him off stonehill, even better, 3 cards for 1 is HHHUUUUUGGGEEE
Would you run Bog Creeper over Sludge Belcher? Still arguably no.
I wouldnt run those cards over sludge, but warrior already has lots of tools in wild to deal with aggro in deaths bite, ghoul, revenge and brawl. direhorn is better for nzoth, while alley armorsmith is actually a really good card for aggro and other midrange decks, my midrange warrior that i took to rank 4 pretty easily last season didnt run sludge at all
Here is my Dragon'zoth/Quest Warrior deck. It seems to do pretty well, and people don't seem to expect the dragon synergy after you reveal the quest on turn one.
Edit: If I were to swap the belchers for direhorn hatchling, then I would probably switch out Cairne for the curator (even though it's so sweet to bring him back on your N'Zoth turn)
I get you wanna pull out your opponents minions to force extra value out of Brawl and Sleep with the Fishes, but I think you're running too many combo pieces then and not enough draw to really make them work consistently, I guess you could add in more draw like another Acolyte of Pain and a couple of Slams, but then what do you take out to make room for those? Also I can only assume you intend to often win by going to fatigue, so running more card draw would really go against that.
Btw, 5 deathrattle minions seems a bit low for a N'Zoth deck, they are high value ones and I assume you did this to be sure you pull those exact deathrattles, but I'd probably try to make sure I have at least 6 or preferably 7-8 so you don't have to pull the trigger on N'Zoth before you can make sure you fill your board...I guess I am kinda greedy tho, might not be necessary :P
What is Hearthstone to you? A fun and semi-competitive game with wacky effects and crazy RNG outcomes or just a card game you wanna grind as many wins you can get as fast as possible in?
Value wise, Sludge Belcher is better because of its stickiness.
That is not value, that is tempo.... Overall direhorn is more value since the card it shuffles into the deck is also big and if you add those stats it has more value

Thoughts?
Definitely run 2x Belcher IMO. It's simply too good on its own, and it stops Pirate War in their tracks, if they're not lucky.

I would use both tbh. If you're playing the Curator you need one copy of Direhorn.

Would you run Fen Creeper ever? No.

i'm using two of each of them. It's greedy but the n'zoth turn is amazing with them

Tempo wise, Sludge Belcher is better because of its stickiness. But Direhorn Hatchling is a [beast], which means it can combines with The Curator.
If you use The Curator, choose Direhorn. If not, choose Sludge.

If you run Curator you should run Direhorn Hatchling, if you don't run Belcher.
I think you should ditch the Deathlords for Sludge Belchers and 1 of the Dirty Rats for Chillmaw or another useful deathrattle minion.
