The new card Vicious Fledgling is insanely good and I wanna try it out in egg druid, with 1 or 2 buffs it can be my win condition on its own. Does it have any place in this egg druid build? If so, how to make room for it, just removing the pirate package?

Mounted Raptor had a place in Egg-Druid. Eggnapper or Vicious Fledgeling may be decent replacements. 

edit: I now see you're playing wild egg-druid. In that, I don't think Viciious Fledgeling is good enough for a spot.

No, Egg Druid already have a win condition. It's a good deck and adding a random "good card" that does not synergize with the deck for an alternative win condition only dilutes your primary win condition. You want sticky minions, card draw, buffs and "token creators". Vicious Fledgling is neither.

I'd suggest adding Haunted Creeper. I'd also run double Jeeves and Soul of the Forest.
