Since I have began playing around the time of League of Explorers, there have been some decks that I thought should exist but never did. We have cards that suggest that these deck should exist, and they don't.
Divine Shield Paladin - Divine Shield is one of the core themes of Paladin. Why not have a deck based around it? I really want to see a deck that utilizes cards like Steward of Darkshire, Rallying Blade, and Blood Knight to the fullest extent. In all honesty, this would probably be really annoying to play against, but still, it could be pretty cool. I've tried Divine Shield decks before, and it was fun as all get-out.
Control Hunter - Hunter has to be one of the most hated classes of all time. Hunter is my favourite class, I really dislike how it has always been considered the "SMOrc" class. To me, all classes should have a somewhat viable Control deck. I highly doubt anyone would complain about that.
Beast Druid - Lots of people thought this would become a thing after Karazhan introduced Menagerie Warden. It didn't. Team 5 has been pushing this for years, yet it never really took off. Malorne is super cool. I want to see him actually used. Every expansion they give us a couple tools for Beast Druid, and It's never enough. I'm looking forward to seeing what Un'Goro has to offer.
Stealth Rogue - Five out of the Nine cards released for Rogue in Gadgetzan have Stealth or Stealth synergy. The last time Rogue got a card with Stealth was back in GvG. This makes me speculate that we may get a Stealth based deck in the upcoming releases, and frankly, that sounds like something that should have existed long ago.
What are some deck types you have always wanted to emerge? What deck do you love to play but are super disappointed that it isn't viable in constructed?
I think I've figured out the creature package (Of which Malorne is one of them), it's just a case of needing redundancy in the Astral Communion department.
Divine shield paladin is just another spam the board with small sticky minions deck. I don't think it's fun to play or fun to play against, and honestly I really hope blizzard start moving away from this kind of strategy, and on to something that requires a little more skill to play.
Also stealth rogue I think would be equally boring/annoying to play against because with the low health of most stealth minions and with cards like cold blood you can bet it would revolve around smacking face and never trading.
On the other hand beast Druid and control hunter I think would be great, because they're more based around value and resource management.
In a nutshell I'm just sick of the vast majority of decks these days that are based on spamming the board cheap and overpowered early game cards and combos. They really only succeed on the fact that they give you very little time to draw answers, which means games aren't decided on skill, but on the luck of your early game draw.
I'd like a value oriented/control option to be viable for all 9 classes. Some would be more powerful than others, but each one would have their merits.
Divine shield paladin and beast druid is about tier 3-4 but noone plays them.i rellay want to see a demon zoolock with Crystalweaver.Stealth rogue should be playable, just like steal rogue.i 'd love to see a competitive taunt warrior,too...
N'Zoth decks to be given a way to be playable. N'Zoth decks like Control paladin or Hunter are dead to Kazakus since they have one win option which is N'Zoth, while a reno mage has Kazakus and his spells + Medivh or another combo.
Midrange paladin to be a thing again.
A secrets deck, either hunter, Paladin or mage.
Something that can counter the clone army (jade army)
I feel bad, cause I like Hunter and its synergies a lot, but I've never gone full SMOrc because it's not fun to me. I think there should be viable control options for them...they're just pretty good at dealing damage.
I wanna see more Beast Druid...and one of my favorite decks ever was a pre-TGT divine shield/secrets/sticky minions Pally deck and I miss it dearly.
Dragon Mage - For a long time I wanted to see this archetype properly supported by Blizzard giving us proper Mage specific Dragon cards like they did with Priest. Was really disappointed when they released Dragon's Breath and Coldarra Drake and they didn't really have anything to do with Dragon Mage. Dragons would also fit well thematically with the Mage class; plus Mage never really had a proper tribe apart form Mechs.
Control Hunter - Wanted this for a long time as well. If only they would give us cards like Starving Buzzard back. While its the dedicated SMOrc class, a little variety wouldn't hurt. Cards like Steamwheedle Sniper also help a lot.
Demonlock - Would love to see this archetype get more support in general. While I know there are quite a few cards already, I'd love to see Warlock gets cards similar to the Dragon ones (Ex. "If your holding a Demon, do something.")
Also I'd love to see some support for: Murloc Warlock, OTK Priest and Shadow Priest (non-Reno).
I'd like Aggro decks that actually require thought/skill to play.
Examples from other CCGs:
Shadowverse's Bloodcraft: Many class cards gain bonuses when your hp is <= 10 (similar to Warrior's Revenge and Mortal Strike), while other class cards offer huge tempo at the cost of damaging yourself (similar to Warlock's theme). Bloodcraft players need to balance between sacrificing HP for tempo, while keeping themselves out of lethal range. In Hearthstone, tempo is too superior. Even a boardclear alone is not enough, because the opponent will just proceed to flood the board again. In Shadowverse, the Evolve mechanic reduces the going-first advantage and allows comeback, allowing the opponent to stall and potentially burst you down, should you trade too much hp for tempo.
The Elder Scroll Legends: The Rune system actually makes Aggro decks harder to play than Control decks. Do you set up lethal at the risk of giving your opponent the chance to draw an answer or trigger a Prophecy card, or wait an extra turn? The Rune system also requires you to sequence your attacks properly, and heavily punishes misplays, unlike Hearthstone (#NeverPunished). The Dual Lane system also adds depth to Aggro decks. Do you All-In on the Stealth lane, or distribute risk (of opponent clearing a lane) between both lanes? Also, because games generally last longer due to the Rune system, there is a huge need to play around lane clears, else you will easily exhaust your hand.
TLDR: The main problem I see with Hearthstone is the lack of comeback mechanisms. There needs to be more cards that heavily punish overextension, eg. Mind Control Tech, Unleash the Hounds, etc.
Also, I find it odd that Blizzard adds a cool theme to a class, but then doesn't further explore the theme, even though there is so much potential to it.
For example:
Warriors only have 2 cards that have the <= 12 hp theme, the last released in BRM (Revenge.
Warlock has a Hero Power and plenty of cards that sacrifices hp, but only 1 card that synergizes with self damage, and that was released in GVG (Floating Watcher).

I want Astral Communion Druid to be a powerhouse.

Spell Damage Warlock anyone?
Street Trickster / Malygos + litany of damage and removal spells. Throw in loot hoarders, bloodmage thalnos, dreadsteed and n'zoth...
N'Zoth decks to be given a way to be playable. N'Zoth decks like Control paladin or Hunter are dead to Kazakus since they have one win option which is N'Zoth, while a reno mage has Kazakus and his spells + Medivh or another combo.

Like the OP said Divine Shield Paladin
And make the grimmy goons playable.
FOR THE HORDE!
Blood Magic Warlock (yes, blood magic like the tavren brawl and like Cho'gall)
Combo Beast Hunter (it's so freaking fun to play, but right now Control Warrior can literally rush you down if you get a bad hand)
- More Miracle, Combo and Otk decks (they don't even have to be good, just playable)
Beast Druid is a thing, just not at T1, lots of deck archetypes have existed that never went to T1
I want face pirate warrior, face hunter and aggro shaman SMOrc! FOR THE HORDE
Mill decks, nozdormu secret decks, and of course ancient one decks
*insert every class but with control variants*
i just love control decks...
