Sure, if the deck has a win condition at 7+. Murlocs, Face Hunter, and Pirates do not. This is why people complain that aggro decks seem to always top-deck an answer - they do, because that's all the deck contains.

Free to try and find a game, dealing cards for sorrow, cards for pain.
Not all decks need Dr. Boom. Many decks do use him, of course, but many decks don't curve that high. Any N'Zoth deck is usually glad to have the doctor, of course, but Egg Druid, Pirates, and many Reno decks simply choose not to run Dr. Boom. There is no 'must-have' cards in wild in the sense that every deck runs them, but Dr. Boom, Loatheb, Mad Scientist, and Sludge Belcher see play in many different decks, and are good first choices of cards to craft if you're just getting into Wild.
Not really, Dr. Boom only sees any consistent play in Secret Pally. Some Reno/N'Zoth decks will play him but most of the top players choose not to. It also sees occasional play in Mid Shaman. The other decks that Dr. Boom belongs in aren't popular in the current meta, Patron Warrior, Tempo Mage, Zoolock, Mid Druid. Mid Hunter.
Sludge Belcher is probably the strongest, and Antique Healbot if you're trying to play a control deck with a class that isn't paladin, warrior or priest. If you're going for a more aggressive (but not face) deck, Piloted Shredder. Imo there are no other absolute must have except for some class cards.
I don't think Boom is auto-include. Atm I play wild renomage without him. In fact I think N'zoth is more popular. I crafted N'zoth before the doctor - no regrets so far.

Is Doctor Boom a must have for wild decks? He seems so good that he could fit in almost any deck.
Sure
Are there any other MUST have cards for wild?

Would you guys recommend disenchanting Reno so I can obtain the Doctor faster?
No.
Piloted Shredder is a cheap good choice
