Jesus, is it that hard to read? I mean EXISTING decks. Dead decks don't matter.
You need to back up and apologise, Renato.
You very specifically claimed that, "Secret Paladin is the most broken deck ever in the history of the game."
You then backed that claim up by comparing Secret Paladin to Patron Warrior, a dead deck (assuming that you weren't referencing the current post-Warsong-Nerf version?!).
You can't then get all tetchy with posters who respond pointing out 5+ decks which were all more broken in the history of the game.
Perhaps you meant to type, "Secret Paladin is the most broken deck in the current Wild metagame."

If so, fair play to you.
You convinced me. Apologies to the ofended ones!
Still, I maintain my point. Secret pala definitely feels to me the strongest deck against mid- range/control unless I'm playing aggro, which according to your logic, is a fine thing. It may be indeed.. It just feels so frustrating playing against them.
When there are actual control decks, skill required to play any deck increases even if the control decks themselves are pretty straightforward and easy to play in their own right. Having control priest, warrior, and paladin (anyfin) being strong is really nice for those sick of standard hyper aggression.

I eat Secret Paladins for breakfast with my Nzoth Priest.
Secret paladin is strong yes, but unbeatable? By far no. Patron warrior and Priest normally can easily destroy them Most dangerous is the first Secretkeeper and the first Mysterious Challenger. If you beat them, you normally should easily beat them.
Eater of Secrets counters Mysterious Challenger hard; not only freeze mage, but the problem is that having 2 in your decks might cripple it against other classes. But in Priest that's not too bad to have it there, since one of the worst classes for them is still Freeze Mage.
But i wouldn't be against a small nerf of Mysterious Challenger: Making it a 5/5 would be enough.
I believe wild is getting harder. The decks are very hard to figure out. Many decks look like they'll go one way so you play accordingly. Then, uh oh, it's NOT what you thought and you may have screwed up your own play because you guessed wrong. For the first time since the split I am ranked higher in standard than wild and by seasons end I suspect it will stay that way. It's fucking WILD out there.
I play nzoth paladin and tempo Mage in wild, for the record.
My experience is that wild is easier. Standard is aggroland, but in wild you have sludge belcher and antique healbot to curb aggro. It's more fun and interactive than the dozens of face decks in standard.
They might as well rename wild "Race to N'zoth" because that's pretty much the essence of every control matchup in Wild mode. Sprinkle in the occasional secret Pali moron or zoo noob and you have 90% of the wild meta.
My magic will tear you apart!

I win due to skill and lose due to bad RNG. :D
Just finished reading this thread. How did this turn into a discussion on the brokenness of Secret Pally?

Compared to Standard, Wild is quite a bit harder, but only because the card-pool is way larger.
In actuality, Wild is no different than what we've had to deal with before. Just the same stuff with some new cards here and there.
They might as well rename wild "Race to N'zoth" because that's pretty much the essence of every control matchup in Wild mode. Sprinkle in the occasional secret Pali moron or zoo noob and you have 90% of the wild meta.
"Hey Pal, Trade Prince Gallywix here!"
All Classes Golden - 11/5/2016
I just hit Rank 5 in wild and can say that most of my match ups were against either, patron warriors, secret paladins and N'zoth priests,
I think that the new Karazhan cards have effected the meta as I see Barnes in every deck.
It is not harder then Standard but there are decks as in Standard all decks are more or less similar.
Standard is way harder than Wild. I'm currently rank 11 in Wild and rank 20 in Standard.
