Just curious as to what kind of Rogue decks have you all been seeing/playing in wild. I think something similar to the Miracle NZoth list could be pretty decent with Belcher and Shredder included.
Don't think i've seen more than one or two (literally) rogues in Wild in about 60-100 games, they played Mill if i remember correctly.
I think there are viable rogue lists out there, but they are not mill rogue, they do other fancy wombo combos. I think the key is to use shadowcaster and gang up to play multiple copies of cards that have effects that are so strong that they are only supposed to be played once a game. I distinctly remember losing to one who played 5/5 sylvanas and 1/1 sylvanas again and again, but the same deck might also do it with huhuran and so many wonderful poisons and just happened to get the snowball rolling with sylvanas.
Wild has a lot of unexplored territory, because netdecking is more difficult and requires much more research, and i think rogue may have some hidden gems. Theoretically you can play 18 poisons or spare parts or bananas in one game with just huhuran, toshley, or new mukla, and shadowcasters + gang up. Or just 18 sylvanas deathrattle effects. That is not even considering N'Zoth and raptors, who perpetuate the madness. A late gigantic red late-game "panic button" in the form of yogg is also possible.
I really would like to see and try some lists, i would even be willing to craft huhuran and yogg and toshley for the fun, but i am no deckbuilder and i know no lists that would be worth it.
I agree with most of this but Princess Huhuran is a hunter class specific card. You mean Xaril, Poison Mind
Freeze mage is the reason I won't touch Wild. Maybe after that Ice Block nerf.
I was concerned about the same thing, but I don't believe I've played against a single freeze Mage in Wild or Standard since the split. My one Wild deck is a Reno/N'Zoth Paladin deck, where Bolvar Fordragon finally has a place to shine in a (mostly) silence-free world.
I'm playing fun decks (which means I have under 50% win rate) including a 4 Gods Rogue deck using Anub'ar Ambusher - If a god is brought out with Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound, then the Battlecry won't go off - The Ambusher gives a way to reuse them. If I play C'Thun, and fail to clear the opponent's entire board, then the Ambusher can make the final trade and bounce C'Thun so I won't lose to premium removal. With Ambushers in the deck, I don't need to play Shadowstep, and Ambushers have beefy bodies on their own, requiring one more resource from a trade with Piloted Shredder. Last but not least, having only one Ambusher die and no other deathrattles (rare but possible) gives me an out to play N'Zoth, the Corruptor early - and yes, getting a 5/7 and a 5/5 for 10 mana isn't the best value out of the old god, but for Rogue, I have to keep a board pretty much at all times. Last but not least, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End is a 7/5 for 10 mana that usually resolves 6 or 7 spells. I play him as soon as possible - and he's a viable target to bounce back incase I need to swing some tempo and have no other outs. Xaril, Poisoned Mind and Toshley provide four more potential Shadowsteps to play, and are both deathrattles so reanimating them with N'Zoth can provide two MORE Spare Parts / Toxins
The deck is mediocre,- but it is SO fun.
I've only played 1 game with all four old gods, against some Reno Warrior. I did win that match. Every other game I played, I either lose before playing an Old God (didn't find Deathlord or Ambusher) OR I win after playing one Old God (the value from one is enough to claim the board, unless it's Yogg Saron, then it's random).
Been stuck at rank 4-5 all day and its basically just N'zoth priests/secret pallys/midrange hunters. Occasionally a mage or shaman, but honestly those are matchups because of low player count. They were a couple ranks ahead of me.
5 meta snapshots from tempostorm since the introduction of wild and standard but still no wild meta snapshot in sight. Come on Reynad
I prefer the Wild meta snapshot not to come out at all. Meta snapshot / netdecking is the reason why Standard ladder becomes boring, predictable, and aggressive as people find ways to counter the top decks. Right now, Wild ladder is fun because it is unpredictable and everyone keeps exploring new decks.
It's still good to have somewhat of a snapshot - Rather not the decklists themselves, but the deck archetypes, like this post. That way, I'm aware that Mage and Paladin are mostly played, so Eater of Secrets is mostly played, so I might not be able to test out my new fun N'Zoth Mage trying to use Duplicate when Eater of Secrets will tear me to shreds before the deck even has statistics.
At least, that's the concept. It also lets me know to run Eater of Secrets due to the high amount of Paladins & Mages, without telling me their decks.

Well, from new expansion we have 2 kings of wild meta - eater of secrets and n'zoth. first is one of the strongest tech cards now, secret pala, tempo mage, any hunter, freeze mage, he can set up lethal, gain tempo...just win game by itself.
N'zoth - battlecry - your opponent clicks concede : D.
Not really man, dont overreact. I've lost quite some games After a good N'Zoth play when the opponent is good and still have resources. Especially when you're forced to play him earlier then you wished (happens often in priest because no other plays at T10 and opponent's strong board.
yes he's strong and a lot of fun, but not always a win
Face hunter isnt any stronger in wild than it is in standard in my opinion. I honestly cant remember the last time I saw a face hunter at high ranks on ladder let alone lost to one. SMOrc Shaman is just the new face hunter
Im playing face hunter in wild atm, wih a 77 % winrate at rank 3 and i beat shamans all the time... Also face hunter is better in wild because there is mad scientist, glaviezooka and haunted creeper (and less warriors)

This some kind of joke/sarcasm ? or do you mean like rank 20 ? Wild is 90% zoo and secret pala.

I'm at rank 11, and havenot faced a single Face Hunter, but one Secret pala, and Zoo several times. But more than any of those, I faced more Control Warrior, Priest, and Tempo Mage.
