12-0 hunter. I haven't played arena for days since I was playing constructed and got a 15 win streak to legend this morning with priest.. This is my 4th hunter run in a row that went 12 wins. Just as in my past experience in previous seasons, after playing higher level constructed, arena seems like casual/easy mode again.. Granted, this deck was insane, I definitely notice decreased pressure and ease when playing arena vs constructed.. I'm still averaging maybe 8 wins/run or maybe higher with all my 12 win lately in the last 50 arenas.. kinda stopped recording them except for posting here.
DH 12-2, my first 12 in a while. Growth, engineer, inquisitor and mossy all carried. Inquisitor alone nabbed me a few wins with the stupidity. Losses on 7 and 8. Final boss of Pally was... underwhelming. Some very, very close calls - Druid at 9-2 had me stabilize at 7, get hit by a lifedrinker and have to hope for a few turns before my felhound came online, for example.
The Sunken City meta is the easiest one I've seen in a very long time. I've gotten a 9-win and two 11-wins already. Druid and Demon Hunter are crazy.
This deck has tons of removal and value. I'd say Iron Deep Dwarf (who am I kidding) Goliath was MVP. As usual for Arena, card generation is key: I won my last game by discovering Xhilag of the Abyss from Amalgam of the Deep.
Got a filthy gold common as a reward. In my last 11-win run I got only gold. Is it possible that the rewards get worse at 12 wins?
