I thought I would Create a thread specifically for decks that have gone 12 wins in Arena (please post your own!).
I thought it would also be good if everyone who posts a deck also gives a quick synopsis as to how things went down. (i.e. What were the best and worst cards in the deck? cool combos? also include date/patch info etc).
Why? Well, by showing 12 win decks and explaining How you piloted them readers may gain an insight into not just what can go 12 wins in arena but also why it went that far.
This deck has a hold out play style. Starting out with a coined Amani Berserker helped me plenty of times. Other good starting combos were any of the low mana cost cards (Sorcerer's Apprentice, Acolyte of Pain, Amanai Berserker, Shield Barer, etc.). I would try to hold onto as many cards early sometimes having to sacrifice lots of health to do so (I won at least 3 games with less than 3 health) and use my many blizzards in succession to hold off their final blows while I smashed them with my creeps or abilities. Rarely did I ever trade minions. The whole point was to be as bursty as possible. Let me just say that the most wins I had in any arena before this was 7. I generally go 4-6 wins.
Reward was 310 gold (3 sacks), a golden Void Terror, and a deck.
The closest I have made it to was 11 wins, did it with a rouge deck. I have been playing arena a ton lately. I am pretty much tired of standard right now. I can play pretty much anything from the 15000 dust control warrior deck to dirt as cheap zoo. But something about arena is just a ton of fun. I feel I have become a better player because of arena as well. I average 5 wins currently per run. Is there any tips any of you can give to help me reach the magical 12 win slot?
I've recently started playing arena and have done decently (my first was a lock with a terrible 2-3; next two were pally @ 6-3 and 7-3 thanks to all the resources I've been reading about how to draft decks). I'm wondering how to create the list Dr_Smash has at the top. That is my favorite format that I've seen.
I've just drafted a Druid that looks reasonable on the surface. Shooting for a sweet 8-3+. It would be nice to get feedback on the ideal play style for the deck if anyone has suggestions.
Harrison Jones was really bad in most matchups but my other choices were worse during drafting. MVPs were Water Elementals, Frostwolf Warlord and Sea Giant. These cards are just amazing in arena imo.
This was my first 12 win which just happened aroud 3 minutes ago. The card at the top you cant see is a hunters mark.
I can majorly attest to luck. in 3 matches I got off Knife Juggler-Buzzard-Hounds- Snake Trap. Then that opened up the field for basically a free Sea Giant
My first 12wins arena run. Right after i draft my deck, i took too much 2drop early minion, and i was thinking i am gonna end badly, but in the end i never expected i can get myself to 12wins. Those 2 drop minions do carry my early game board presence and lead me to the victory.. And Sword of Justice buffing bring me early strong control. Argent Commander help a lot in the finishing strike as well as Truesilver Champion. Crazed Alchemist and Stormpike Commando help me a lot in pinging and removal.
In every moment a choice exists, we can cling to the past or embrace the inevitability of change. Such an uncertain future may call for even more uncertain allies. Either way, a new day is coming whether we like it or not. The question is will you control it, or will it control you?

If your curve is low, Sword of Justice is actually really strong late game as it turns your low-cost cards into bigger cards without the slowing of your pace that it does to you early on.
4 SI:7 Agent's, 2 Demolishers and 2 Saps are the carries of this deck. The amount of mid game tempo with this deck is insane. WithStormwind Champion and 3 stealth cards at the high end of the curve, this deck does not lack the ability to finish an opponent.
Most of my games were won before turn 10. I lost my two games to a paladin and a mage, and I went first in both games. I did not lose a game when I had the coin.
Sometimes I drew all my combo cards before I had the mana to combo them, and this is when the deck becomes a bit awkward. For once or twice I was forced to play my SI:7 Agent as a vanilla 3/3.
Another weakness of this deck is that it had only 1 way to hard remove a big drop. So I pretty much only relied on my Sap and Emperor Cobra. But usually I would already have a huge board when my opponent played anything significant.
Mulligan wise, I kept the Emperor Cobra in my opening hand against a druid. I would ditch all my combo cards when I was going first, and keep the SI:7 Agent in favor of Defias Ringleader when going second.
this deck was simply ridiculous, and i was actually sort of surprised that i didn't go 12-0. i made it to 9-0 before the first loss (farthest i've made it undefeated), but i don't remember much about the losses unfortunately. the only really memorable game was when i beat a druid that played ironbark protectors on 3 consecutive turns, which i killed with 3 flamestrike+trade. i think i did take one hit from the third. rewards were 255g, gold blood imp, and 2 packs for the mage and 325g, gold argent protector, and 1 pack for rogue.
i still think the best reward i've received was for an 8-win run, when i got a legendary card prize (even if it was al'akir).
The 4 cards you dont see at the screenshot were Battle Rage, Ooze, Slam and Cleave.
usually had early board presence and brought the early lead home. Havent expect to go that great with this deck but it worked out.
Hardest match was around 10 Wins against a mage he was at 5 HP and he cleared my board 3 times in a row with a +1 Spelldamage Flamestrike kinda anoying he killed both Stranglethorn Tigers one after another and at the 3rd Flamesstrike both Silver Hand Knights sadly for him i had enough hp to draw 3 more rounds ended up with top decking the Arcanite Reeper. I have to admit that was realy statisfying.
Win 11 and 12 were also vs mages but they died or surrendered at turn 6 :D
Edit: Sylvannas didnt had 1 strong appearance in one match.
I went 12-2 for the first time a few days ago with a Mage. The deck was very solid (I can't remember exactly what cards were in it, sorry) and had no epics or legendarys.
To compound always having a full hand I had a fair number of removal cards. If I remember correctly there were 2Frostbolt, 1Flamestrike, 1Blizzard, 1 Cone of Cold, 1Fireball, the 5 drop that shoots someone for 2, an Ice Lance and I'm sure something else. Frost Elemental was a game winner on 3 occasions.
I played EXTREMELY Conservatively, Always looking to control the board, which I impressed myself with on a couple occassions.
My two losses came at 9 wins, one to a Hunter who simply stormed my face, the other to I can't remember what, but it WAY out controlled me.
Minus the first 4 wins EVERY other win came to the wire. There was a game against a Pally that had me at 1 life for probably about 6 turns. He kept telling me to concede (spamming the Well Played emote) until finally I had enough to face smash. I did 20+ damage the winning turn. I think he wanted to strangle me. I fought the same Pally later that night. Close to the same thing happened. Someone may have commit suicide that night...
I played 2 or three mirrors that were always in my favor, minus them bursting me down to <10 life.
I learned a very strong lesson in this series: the arena is much more effective when every card is picked based on minion removal and card draw.
The deck is a bit lacking on 4 cost minions and card advantage. MPV was Mad Bomber. Such a funny minion ^^ If your deck is a bit weak, RNG is your friend xD
The deck has a good early game and Cone of Cold and Blizzard fit very well getting enough time before opo is able to stabilize. You can see the curve better in the picture attached.
Best cards were Injured Blademaster that got value in some games thanks to Voodoo Doctor or Earthen Ring Farseer. Also Blood Knight was great. Weakness of the deck was maybe against taunters since I hadn't Polymorph and just one fire spell. In fact, the last game I lost was against a Druid.
Last night I got my first 12-1 Arena run. :) I don't play much Arena, I'm more of a constructed player. But tonight I got 2 quests for Mage or Hunter, for 3 wins and 5 wins, and I don't play either of those in constructed, so I went into the Arena hoping for a Mage. No such luck, so I settled on Hunter instead. I was pretty disappointed with the draft while I was building the deck, and I lost the very first round. I thought I would end up 0-3 or something. But I ended up winning every game after the first! :) This is the first time I've gotten above 10 wins in Arena. The prize was 410 gold, a pack, and a golden Starfall.

Pour the salt, rub the salt, lick the salt.
Out of my four 12 wins (3 paladin, 1 priest,) I only kept this one because it was so beautiful (went 12-0)
My first 12 win deck.(12-2)

I went 12-2 today with this rogue deck. I don't have a screenshot so I hope you guys can take my word for it.

There's already a thread for this:
http://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/the-arena/2906-arena-rewards-at-10-12-wins
Admittedly there are a few 10 & 11 wins posted in there, but the vast majority are 12 wins.
here are my two 12-win decks (both 12-2), from maybe 50ish total runs thus far.
losses were both to shamans in games 6 and 13. nothing super-flashy, just lots of solid tempo cards. and

What really made it shine was that I had a large amount of card draw with 1 Cult Master and 2 Acolyte of Pain (I think an Arcane Intellect was in there as well).
To compound always having a full hand I had a fair number of removal cards. I didn't think I was gonna go far with this deck, so I'm pretty happy with the result :)

Mark of the Wild did a nice job in some games and Crazed Alchemist worked better than I thought.

This draft took me to 12-wins with exactly 0 card draw mechanics in the entire deck.
Need I say MvP was not just one guy, but the striking force of the 3(!) Highmanes I had drafted.
You don't need card-draw, when your minions don't die ;)
Wow that deck Pilleri.
Strong early game, all the good 4's, the 6-slot couldn't be better and then topped off with Velen and Ysera.. Just wow.

It has some good cards (King Mukla) and some pretty crappy cards (Hungry Crab). The curve is really sweet though; basically a perfect pyramid centered on 3-drops, with nothing over 5 mana. I have some nice synergy with (post-nerf) Unleash the Hounds, like a Starving Buzzard, Dire Wolf Alpha, Knife Juggler, Scavenging Hyena, and a pair of Cult Masters.
I recorded the final game. I played this same opponent in the 11th game as well.
The funniest arena run I've ever had. Five swipes and 3 wraths it was absolutely amazing. And a golden Ysera as a reward.
