Insane deck. Seizing the board early was not much of a problem for me. Stormwind Champion and 2x North Sea Kraken usually sealed the deal when the game was about to slow down. I do have to admit though that none of my opponents used any board clears against me, which made it much easier. The only loss I had was against Rogue at 10 wins because they used Alexstrasza just before I was able to finish them off.
And, I went 9-0. And then, 9-1,10-1,11-1,11-2,12-2.
Looking closely at this deck, there are a lot of interesting synergies that work together to make it better than it seems. In the early game, Living Roots turn-1 and Dire Wolf Alpha turn-2 give me favorable trades on 3/2 minions. Druid of the Flame or Imp Master turn-3 and Dark Iron Dwarf turn-4 give me favorable trades with 4/4 4/3 and 3/3 minions around turn 4. Late game, Gadgetzan Auctioneer synergizes with Raven Idol, the spare parts from Mech-Bear-Cat, and Wild Growth to give card draws. Mana Addict has some bursts with these spells if left unchecked.
The two Raven Idol is the absolute MVP of this draft. I almost always look for spells. It can be used for burns, board clears, buffs, whichever suits the situation. I even got a FoN+Roar combo out of it once or twice. It is just amazing.
All in All, I'm very pleased with this draft and the 12-wins it gave me.
This should have went 12/0, the loss was a misplay against another Paladin. I mean, this deck list should not have lost anything, it has 2x of pretty much every OP Paladin card. Had only 1 game that lasted longer than 7 turns.
I just got my first 12 win run, and it was a perfect 12-0 run. The 12th win was my 176th arena win in total, so it came faster than I expected. I like to play Rogue, I think I'm quite good with it, and the deck was nothing out of the ordinary. No legendaries, a single epic (Kodorider), only one more 6-drop with nothing more expensive, just lots of good basic and common 3 and 4 drops and a complete rogue toolkit (Eviscerate, Backstab, Deadly Poison, Cold Blood, Betrayal). Some games I had board control throughout, some games I took control mid-game with very high tempo turns, and some games I trailed throughout but won with burst damage before my opponent could kill me. My MVP: Headcrack! (won me 2 games that would have been lost otherwise).
One was awesome, with an ogre magi on board for a few turns towards the end and playing headcrack every turn for 3 damage! The other was against a mage, which I got down to around 12 I think by turn 6, but then the flamestrikes just killed me (I think I only had 3 minions with more than 4 health in the whole deck), so I realized if I played headcrack every turn + dagger, I could win the race. Which I did, by one turn.
I don't use HearthArena, if I did I'm sure I wouldn't have chosen Headcrack. But in some instances it was the perfect card to finish tough games, and I was sure to be able to combo it even in topdeck mode because all my cards were below 7 mana. So it was just like a slightly more expensive Hunter hero power every turn.
I had a lot of time to play this month and did 100 runs aiming for a 70% record over that amount of runs. I barely made it with a 70.4% winrate. Here are all twelve 12-win decks that I got in those 100 runs since december 30th: 2 rogues (including a 12-0); 2 paladins; 5 mages (including a 12-0); 2 warlocks and a druid.
Some things to note across those decks:
Most of them had 2 to 4 one-drops.
Most of them had 7 or 8 two-drops, the ones that had less contained more one-drops.
All these decks contained at least 2 big threats (except for the 4 Flamestrike, 3 Frostbolt, 3 Fireball mage, but come on...), with North Sea Kraken being by far the most common, appearing 7 times.
All these decks contained card draw engines (like Cult Master) or multiple regular card draws.
A surprising amount of the decks lacked hard removal (including the 12-0 rogue which just had an Emperor Cobra, a 12-2 mage that didn't even have Fireball to clear, the 12-2 druid with one Starfire and a 12-2 warlock that had a single Soulfire as its biggest damage from hand).
I mostly play on NA, but drafted this deck on Asia some months ago. I forgot about the deck and just came back to it on January 29, 2016. I pretty easily went 12-1, but it's worth thinking about how the lack of TGT or LOE cards affected the games.
Deck was pretty good but after suffering 2 back to back losses at 4 wins I wasn't expecting this to be a 12 win run. MVPs were Ysera, she alone won me 5 games, and Zombie Chow whom I drew in my starting hand atleast in half my games. Other than those 2 cards, 4 weapons (3+weaponsmith) were really good, also Emperor Cobra deserves a mention since I had few taunts so I was able to protect it more than a few times.
My 2nd 12 win run, which is also my 105th arena run. No legendaries nor epics. Just a lot of value from all the cards, 27 minions, only 1 spell Muster for Battle, and 2 weapons Argent Lance + Truesilver Champion. Interestingly, North Sea Kraken did not appear in my hand even once throughout my run.

12-1 Mage.
Turns out that having 3 Blizzard and 2 Flamestrike still pretty much destroys most decks (along with strong early drops and Mech synergy).
Unexpected MVP: Dalaran Aspirant. Very satisfying to get 5-power Blizzard on consecutive turns!
Holy crap, paladin is totally brokem

My first 12 win run with a Warlock. I had nice tempo and coud flood the board easily. The Video Shows the last two games and is as well the proof.
I was not impressed by this deck in the beginning. I seem to pick quite a few sub-par cards like Mana Addict, Explosive Sheep, Ice Rager, Jungle Moonkin, Gadgetzan Auctioneer, and Druid of the Fang. I also lack any playable 2-drops on turn 2. I estimated 5-6 wins with this deck.
And, I went 9-0. And then, 9-1,10-1,11-1,11-2,12-2.

Streamed the whole run: http://www.twitch.tv/cashmere24/v/37788426
Rewards were two packs, 400ish gold, nothing notable in packs.
My last 10 Arena runs I've posted 3x 12 win deck runs, with 1x 10 and 2x 7s. Here are the 12 win decks.
All the decks have strong curves, reach, and removal. Key to any successful Arena deck.

11 - 3 with this. Would have been my first 12 wins run :-(

12-2 with Druid. Good early game, good late game.
Heres another 12 win deck I just posted. To be honest when I drafted it, I had very modest expectations. FYI: 5-1 against Paladin opponents.
12-1

12-1 Mage Deck. Great removal and a good curve. Only game I lost was to a priest with crazy buffs that kept his minions out of flamestrike range

Mages are OP, even without blizzard and flamestrike i managed to get 12 wins with this "not so good" deck
