Like the title says... which class is best for Arena? Paladin and Mage are well known for their arena capability. Paladin now especially, with their amazing lil' Murloc Knight. However, oddly enough, I've almost always gotten consistent 6+ wins with Rogue in Arena as well (taking into account the fact that I'm not too good in Arena), which leads me to believe it might be in the Top 3 (?) Arena classes.
Yeah, so which of these three classes is the best for Arena (currently)?
Rogue has arguably the best rare in the game with Skulker, and good commons like Auto-Barber and Buccaneer. Even cards like Burgle are pretty good in Arena, it's a insta-hand refill. I've heard somewhere that the guys at Heartharena put Rogue alone in the top-tier of classes, actually.
Pally obviously has the Consecration and Muster and now Murloc Knight, plus their Hero Power is possibly the most useful as the game drags on.
Mage has kinda dragged back a littly bit since TGT game out for me, Flamestrike is still awesome, but the new cards dilute the pool too much and aren't all that great (I'm looking at you, Flame Lance.)
For me, it's Rogue, but that may be because I play nothing but Rogue xD. They're all great classes honestly.
Paladin for sure, i'm feeding myself 12 wins with it after TgT, the tgt card bias is really helping - murloc knight, +3 attack and shield buff and warhorse trainer all rock
Like the Guy above said, Rogue is the best class in the Arena post-TGT. I've gone 7,8,9 wins with Rogue (The decks could easily go twelve, but I don't practice a lot in the Arena, something I'm thinking about changing). Rogue has some of the best Rares and commons in existence as well as having the best hero power next to paladin.
Speaking of Paladin, Murloc knight is actually the best card in the Arena between both class cards and neutrals. If your opponent doesn't kill it immediately, you pretty much win the game. Paladin also has muster and quartermaster. That being said, both paladin and mage have been dragged down by TGT, while Rogue has only gone up. Most of the good mage spells are hard to draft and it's especially hard to take board control without spells since mage class minions are nothing to write home about. The opposite is true for paladin. The minions are insane, but only some of the spells are good, and all of their secrets are trash in arena. Rogue however, has an equal balance of great spell and great minions. Sure there are some stinkers, but for the most part, you can usually win as long as you get substantial card draw.
TL;DR: Rogue has great spells and great minions, while paladin has insane minions and shit spells and mage has insane spells but sub-par minions. Rogue is the most well-rounded class with the best heropower available.
I just finished a 12-2 Mech Paladin Arena draft with 2 Murloc Knights and 3 Truesilver Champions.
You should probably take either Paladin or Mage. Rogue is always on a tight deadline to close the game out quickly so if games go long, rogue will eventually fall behind.

Probably paladin, I also get pretty good runs with rogue, it's the only class I've gotten 12 wins with, but I'd still pick paladin.
I'd personally pick Paladin.

Don't Complain, Use Your Brain!
They're statistically close enough that you should pick whichever you personally:

Those are the top 3 atm. Have fun whichever you choose!
