Mage might no longer be the best class - Flamestrike, Fireball, Water Elemental and Polymorph will get a lot of dilution now. Mages didn't get any great cards.. there are some decent ones like Effigy, Polymorph: Boar, and Fallen Hero.
Paladin, like most reviewers say, will no longer be a tier 1 class for arena. Dilution + they didn't get any game changing cards. I think arena will be a little more balanced with the new expansion now.
To make a point here for anybody who cares to listen: Paladin with the new expansion has some amazing combo abilities. I just finished a run with 11-3 (kinda sucks that I was one off a 12 but 11 is good nonetheless). Murloc Knight combined with Silver Hand Recruiter will instantly fill an empty board. One of the best combos for arena by far, but weak against common AOE. Paladin will keep second, and could possibly creep up farther to mage.
So far from what I've seen, Paladin has been great - I keep losing to them. My last run I lost to 2 Paladins back-to-back. Could be just RNG, but they got some nice cards (like that murloc). At worst, I see Paladin falling to tier 2.
ADWCTA said Mage has fallen to 3rd best class based on Hearth Arena stats. Rogue and Paladin are pretty much tied for top spot. Warlock has fallen from being a tier 2 class. Warrior is still terrible. He didn't talk about Priest, Shaman, Druid, or Hunter when I was watching tonight.
Take this with a grain of salt because the amount of data is small right now, but its obvious the meta is slowing down. Going to be several weeks for the meta to settle down and see how the classes line up.

Tier 2: 3. Priest (Down from Tier 1, Still Strong, More Vanilla & High Health Minions) 4. Warlock (Inspire ... + Strong Early Game Cards) 5. Rogue (Strong Commons) 6. Shaman (Very Strong Commons, still no common board clear) 7. Druid (Didn't Really get much, Beast Synergy is strong)
Tier 3: 8. Warrior (Didn't ... , Bash is good) 9. Hunter ( Didn't ... , Powershot is good)
Currently 7-1 with Paladin.. this deck is really dominant. A lot of people say Pally got weaker, but if it did, then it wasn't by much. Murloc Knight and Seal of Champions are ridiculous.
I've done about 4 or 5 arenas since the launch. So far Mage has been weaker and Paladin stronger. I suspect Druid will be better too but haven't faced enough to know.
According to statistics released by HearthArena, Rogue is the new dominant class. However, it should be noted that HearthArena is usually used by less experienced players who need help to make their arena decks, and it's only been a few days, so it's tough to make that call. I personally am rooting for it though, I love Rogue!
I feel that Shaman has not only gotten some of the best TGT cards, but they also have some really good pre-TGT cards. Some guy just ran 2 of those Fireguard destroyers on turn 4 and 5.. how can you win against two 7/6's
Well I'm 8-0 on my current Paladin run which inspired me to search for this thread. If you can protect a single Warhorse Trainer (pretty easy given Blessing of Kings and the selection of taunts/lack of opponent silences in Arena) you can pretty much turn any game around. Competitive Spirit is pretty nasty too. I'm gonna vote for Paladin edging upwards but still #2.
I also went 7-0 with Paladin in my first post-TGT run, before ending 11-3. I'd say that it's pretty strong with cards like Competitive Spirit and Murloc Knight.

Some people think football is a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.
There also seems to be such a natural and effortless synergy. Muster for Battle is such a great 3 drop, and it fits with... everything.
Edit: I went 11/3 also. Ended by another Paladin who had both Murloc Knight and 2 Silver Hand Regents. I can't complain though, I got Tyrion from the pack :)
What I've found is that people tend to run out of spells sooner than before, or at least have a limited supply, it's rare I find a mage that can play that strong control game where they demolish your board every turn until they can finally take control. Though every class is in the same boat when it comes to lack of spells, so Mage still might maintain their place at the top. Or they were simply so far ahead of every other class before that they need a harder fall to lose their place on top.
My runs with Rouge so far have felt dominating. I'm currently running a deck with cutpurse and beneath the grounds, and they are very good. Again, the lack of spells means something like cutpurse can linger on the board far longer than you would've previously thought.
Honestly though, arena feels completely different, and you can draft decks, fairly frequently I've found, that feels like an embarrassment of riches. I've probably lost more games due to simply over thinking turns to the point where I rope out. I felt like in the old arena your plays were always pretty clear, with often only one real option. I'm probably just learning, but it does feel like there are far more options to choose from, or way more to think about.
Druid isn't the best, but I'd argue to say it's high up there due to high value minions and removal being less common with all these new commons. Allows them to play big minions without fear.
Good observation about spell supply freakin3: I've drafted four mage decks without a single fireball, frostbolt, or flamestrike coming up ONE TIME as an option.

Why does everyone (except the last two posters) think Paladin will fall?
Has anybody been at 8+ wins? I have literally faced 90% Paladins once I pass that point.
I can't wait to draft a Pally deck. Unfortunately I've only been offered other classes so far.

Tier 2/3 I'd say.
Give a man a Murloc, and he'll eat for a day.
Give him a Murloc Knight, and people will hate him.
