For me, it would be Mind Control Tech. vasil94 already makes a good point about Sunfury Protector, with which I agree - it is good, but not as backbreaking as (potentially) the other two.
Th other two picks are potential two-for-ones (or even better, sometimes, for Mind Control Tech) with slightly subpar stats for their costs. Although Stampeding Kodo's condition is easier to meet, its effect is also much less powerful. It is a grindy card, useful when you want to eek out card advantage and win in the long run. Mind Control Tech is easy to turn on against Shamans and Paladins (popular and powerful arena classes) and is an okay-ish three-drop, of which you have almost none (Mirror Entity hardly counts, and Shattered Sun Cleric is even worse on an empty board thant Mind Control Tech is). In the best case scenarios, however, it can win you games you would otherwise have lost, which is the best thing you can say about a card . Of course these won't come up often, but four minions on the board is not that rare in arena.
All in all, then, I'm simply agreeing with vasil94 - both Mind Control Tech and Stampeding Kodo are great picks, but the first one fits better in your curve, and packs more punch when it works, so it has my vote!
i vote for Mind Control Tech over Kodo but more because you dont have any other 3 drops so far.
I do think Kodo would have been higher on my priority list over MCT in a vaccum. MCT is subj to rng which Kodo is less subject to. Also... Kodo can eat divine shielded tgts (hello Shielded minibots/annoy-o-tron). But currently you seem have fair bit of 5 drop already so MCT wins!
You need 3s pretty badly, enough to justify picking MC tech over another 5 and a sunfury. There's nothing wrong with playing MC tech on curve as a vanilla 3/3, and it can often be a mistake to hold onto it for the battlecry.
I think, padding out your 3s and 4s should be a priority in the last part of the draft. I wouldn't mind seeing something like a Drakonid Crusher or something big, either.
I would rather pick Kodo over MCT as Kodo gives you a decent body + a free mini Shadow-Word Pain all in 1 card. You still have 10 more picks to round out that 3 drop.
It is good to be optimistic when using MCT but the chances of stealing a 1/1 Recruit or 0/2 totem are there and getting one of them won't save your hide even if you pull off the steal. Better to go with the sturdy minion with a free removal attached.
MCT is the pick here since it fits the curve nicely and you already have a little synergy with it ala Hungry Dragon. He lets you hopefully punish people playing around MCT. You already have a lot of late game (5+ cards) and I think Kodo would make more sense if you weren't in that situation. Having something to drop on t3 will win you more games than having a fully realized Kodo play, I'd wager.
MCT - With the focus in arena on creatures, not spells, a board state with a high number of creatures is common place. Kodo is a great number 2. He is great for hitting a shade after it drops and any other low cost stealths, of course both of these are RNG so neither one always "hits the mark."
